    I made an order and didn't get rewards points posted. Usually in the past, I would email a copy of my receipt and they would add the points. I have tried countless times messaging them on ********, filling out the website contact form, and sending multiple emails to *************************************** and have not received a response to any of them. It's absolutely ridiculous that I have to now try going through BBB just to hopefully get a response. I'm most annoyed that this company apparently decides to just ignore their customers when contacted regarding issues. I would like my points that I am entitled to, but most of all I just want the company to RESPOND.I have attached a copy of the receipt that I am seeking points for.

    Hello. Please help me, I ran into this problem: I made an order at one of the Noodles Company restaurants and the dish turned out to be of poor quality - the pasta was undercooked, the mushrooms were completely raw and there was very little sauce, which made the dish dry. Please help me get the money back. I have already applied to the restaurant, but they only offered me a gift card as compensation, but this option does not suit me, since I will not return to this restaurant. Please help me get the funds for my original payment method, I paid in cash or they can give me the money in the form of a check. After I was offered a gift card, I continued to write a message on the website, but for 1.5 month have been ignored. That's why I turned to you - I really hope for your help. I believe that I have every right to receive a refund for something that turned out to be of poor quality. And on top of that, I had a stomach ache after eating the dish

    The last two times I have ordered from Noodles and ** using the app, I did not receive the drink I ordered. I asked for a refund the first time but did not receive one. Tonight I called to ask for a refund and the employees at the restaurant did not understand that I was asking for a refund. Several months ago I also placed an order and received incorrect items. After going back and forth with customer service via email several times and being promised a refund, I never received one. They never responded further to my messages. Since those orders are old, I am only requesting a refund for my two recent drinks that did not arrive. I would also like to hear what action you are taking to prevent this frustrating issue from happening in the future. It is INCREDIBLY difficult to reach customer service or get a resolution when my order is wrong, which happens about 70% of the time. The Noodles and ** in *********, OR rarely delivers my drinks with my order. I don't know what the issue is but clearly they need to figure out how to do better.

    I came to Noodles & Company tonight to get a buy one get one free meal. I bought a regular entree in the form of the chicken pad Thai. When I went to ring out, I didnt get the buy-one-get-one free deal, as you can see in my attachment there is a coupon for it, and on my receipt it only took off $8 dollars from the $12 dollar meal. If Noodles and Company failed to leave out that the protein or meat on top was not included in the deal, that would be deceiving and false advertisement. Instead it should be buy one bowl of noodles get one free. Not buy one meal. The never ask me what protein I want on top, and tonight they did. This is deceitful and false advertisement all day. You owe me $4 bucks for my second meal! Never do this again! Shame on you!

    I ordered the Lemon scampi on 10/20. The restaurant prepared my order with items missing and adding items I did not want. Their guest service followed up with an apology..The next day I paid another $15 for the same order. They added spinach something that I hate. I reached out to customer service with pictures and was ignored. Today I called the location requesting to speak with ***** the manager that signed my receipt. The guy seemed confused as to giving the phone to her after verifying she was there. ***** said hello and hung up the phone. I called the restaurant back 4 times and they picked up the phone and hung up after 3 seconds. Playing games on the phone is beyond appalling especially coming from a manager. I heard them talking in the background and then they would hang up. NOODLEDS AND COMPANY SERVICE HAS WENT COMPLETELY DOWN! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM IS TERRIBLE AND UNRESPONSIVE AND THE LOCATIONS PREPARE FOOD AGAINST YOUR REQUEST. I HAVE SPENT LOTS OF MONEY WITH NOODLES AND COMPANY. THIS LOCATION IN ************** SERVICE IS TOTAL TRASH SINCE THEY GOT A BEW MANAGER. THE STAFF PREPARES THE FOOD HOW THEY WANT TO. THE PORTIONS ARE ALWAYS DIFFERENT. THE FOOD IS ALWAYS MISSING INGREDIENTS OR SOMETHING ADDED THAT YOU SPECIFICALLY NOTED ON THE ORDER THAT YOU DO NOT WANT. WHEN I REQUEST NOT TO HAVE SO SOMETHING ADDED IN MY FOOD THAT I AM PAYING FOR THATS EXACTLY WHAT I MEAN. THE LAST PICTURE IS WHAT WAS UNDERNEATH. THE SERVICE IS BEYOND TERRIBLE!

    Im filing this complaint at the corporate level because it seems thats the only way to get anything done with this issue. Ill include the pictures of the response I got from your customer service. I am not seeing my address available for delivery to my address on the **** On the WEBSITE I can get deliveries. Its that SIMPLE. Read the response is that I got from your customer service Cait. She didnt even bother to respond when I told her I blatantly was talking about the **** I even said the *** multiple times! Why is she even working there if she cannot READ?

    On May 19th I placed an order for the St. Cloud State Noodles and Company. The confirmation was *****************. On May 19th at 9:17 pm. I received absolutely nothing that I ordered and am requesting a refund.

    On May 9th 2024 I purchased Nissin cup noodles. They have a new microwaveble paper cup... That's what the package says. My teenage son who has made a million of these does exactly what the directions say... 1 GO FOR IT 2. MICROWAVE for 2 minutes and 15 seconds 3. Hang on... Well not even a minute and half in he smelled something burning!!! The microwave was smoking and he opened it and removed the cup because he didn't want the house to burn down if it was on fire!!! The hot water burned his hand and the cup was starting to burn. Someone needs to address this and they need to redo the cups!!! This could have been way worse!!! I only have a small microwave I can only imagine what an industrial microwave could do.

    I have sent numerous complaints on the Noodles and Company website and also emailed their customer service representatives to complain about my rewards points all being taken from my account without any emails or warnings of points expiring. This company does not care about the customers as they used to have an 800 number to call and they do not repond to the customer complaints as I have seen from other BBB complaints. I really would appreciate your assistance in helping me get this issue resolved. Thank you.
