      I would not even leave one star, DO not move to these apartments-- Communication with the staff was a challenge in itself. Emails and phone calls went unanswered, leaving tenants feeling ignored and helpless in the face of mounting issues. It became evident that the staff had little regard for the well-being of their residents and were more interested in collecting rent than ensuring a habitable living environment.-Security was another major concern. The complex had inadequate lighting and a general lack of measures to ensure the safety of its residents. This created an unsettling atmosphere that made it difficult to feel secure within the confines of the complex Maintenance requests were met with delays, and when addressed, the problems were only superficially fixed, if at all. The leasing office staff displayed a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. They were dismissive, unresponsive to concerns, and downright rude when faced with complaints.The maintenance was subpar, with issues like leaky faucets, malfunctioning appliances, and persistent pest problems. The overall cleanliness of the place left much to be desired, and it seemed that no amount of complaining to the management could bring about any improvement. The Grounds are disgustling filled with *************** waste stations are not stocked Residents will SPEED through the complex at 25- 40 MPH and there is no enforcement I have never lived in a community where the staff was so.... well rude and will lie straight to your face. DO NOT GET SUCKED IN LIKE WE DID- save yourself and go to really ANY other community- they all have better reviews anyway
