*** Garcia is the best realtor out there. He knows the business, neighborhoods, sellers, buyers, and how to prepare to sell. He spent lots of time with ************* through the process of selling our home. He went above and beyond by being available and helping with resources and hands on help. He was positive and worked hard to sell our home. He is honest and real (2 of the most important qualities). We are thankful we found him!!!Review from Mark G

He did his homework before we talked about pricing and getting the house on market, guided me through all the necessary steps to get the house ready to show.He knows the market, he knows what and how to negotiate, and he is ultimately a no nonsense advocate for his clients. *** Garcia is a true professional. *** has been our agent on four occasions, each transaction more complex than the last! He is very knowledgeable about construction, the current real estate market, and lending. *** is honest and has the best sense of humor as well! *** Garcia has been a fantastic resource for us during four separate home purchases. His honest and straight forward advice and guidance has helped us through the buying process with ease and comfort. With *** we know we have someone who is going to work for us and help us make good decisions. His negotiation skills are top notch and he always works diligently to provide us with the information we need to made a sound purchase. We specifically wanted to find a realtor who has investment property experience and *** has been very helpful and proactive in helping us find exactly what we are looking for. *** understands our goals and has communicated with us and provided us with valuable guidance and information throughout the purchase process. There isn't a more knowledgeable, skilled, hard working real estate craftsman in Douglas County than ***************************. As many others have stated, if I could give him 6 stars, or 10 stars I would. His advice on every little detail is time tested and creative - and always works. He finds ways to make things happen where other agents would have challenges. I describe *** as the agent you don't want on the other side of the table because he will out think, out anticipate and out move anyone else in the arena. He does it with a pure professional manner but with strength. He pushed us out of our own way when needed and got us to the finish line strong. He's got an incredible sense of humor and is a real joy to be around! Our relationship started as business but I'm very confident this is the beginning of a long friendship. *** worked with us during our several visits from out of state to find us a home. *** knows the market well and is a very good listener. He took care to show us the homes in the area that met our interests (and budget), and never pushed us at any time during the process. Thanks to his efforts we have ended up with a home that exceeds our hopes and expectations. In addition to his expertise, *** has a great sense of humor. This made a stressful process easier to work through. His support has continued past the closing date, which we have really appreciated. *** is a phenomenal realtor and the guy you want in your corner when making one of the most significant purchases in your life. He tells it like it is and isnt afraid to tell you to walk away from the property if its not worth your time or money. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding real estate and the Castle Rock area. He has a guy for everything from inspectors to barn door makers and can hook you up with quality people to make your property shine!Review from Cory B

If there was a way to add a 6th star, I would. Working with *** was a breeze from start to finish. He was always providing guidance that made us feel confident in our purchase, but he also was giving advice on what to do after the close. **** H Our real estate agent *** Garcia was truly outstanding and helped us from our Open Houses to closing in three weeks. He is extremely knowledgeable of the real estate market and realistically what you can expect to sell your house for. His entire team became our team. We were in constant contact with every question answered, explanation of what we were signing and all expectations met. I highly recommend *** without any reservations. He is the best!
