  This was the worst car wash ever!!Besides being horrible, they damaged my car, and now they won't return my call so I can have my car repaired. Do not ever go to this wash!

  I recently had the misfortune of experiencing the appalling business practices at Take 5 Car Wash in ****, **. Initially, I pulled up to what seemed to be a fully automated car wash, expecting a simple transaction for a car wash. To my dismay, the establishment failed to adequately inform me of their underhanded membership sign-up scheme.Upon arriving at the car wash, I was presented with four car wash options, but shockingly, there was no mention whatsoever of memberships or any agreement to sign up for one. Little did I know that this lack of transparency was part of a cunning plan to deceitfully enroll me into their membership program without my knowledge or consent.To add insult to injury, a mile-long receipt was thrust upon me, which, to my bewilderment, confirmed that I had been signed up for a membership. Not once was I prompted to agree to such a commitment, nor was there any explicit indication that I was being enrolled in a membership program. This shady maneuver felt like a blatant violation of consumer rights.To my horror, I discovered that I had been charged again on 10/15 without my consent or knowledge. It is beyond comprehension how a so-called "business" could operate with such audacious disregard for ethical conduct and legal boundaries. This questionable practice is a ticking time bomb for a lawsuit, and it raises serious ethical and legal concerns.Rest assured, I will never again patronize Take 5 Car Wash, and I strongly advise everyone I encountercountless individuals each monthto avoid this establishment at all costs. I have made the decision to switch back to Quik-Quack, a business that understands the importance of transparent and honest dealings with its customers. Take 5 Car Wash's reprehensible actions have left a permanent stain on their reputation and business integrity.

  This Carwash started off with good customer service but quickly turned to the worst customer service experience I've ever had by any business. The employees at the * ********** location in ************, ** are extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and rude. In attempting to cancel my membership, I gave more than 10 days notice, went back and forth through email to receive confirmation, tried the online chat, and had five separate phone calls with representatives trying to cancel. They assured me I would not be charged for renewal and I was still charged. Their policy states 7 days notice be given to cancel which I followed. Through the entire process no one ever tried to make right or apologize for the situation that led to me cancelling. I had to escalate this with my credit card company and get new cards issued just to not be charged again.

  I was supposed to be charged $29.99/month and wound up being charged $39.99. I have been trying to cancel my membership since 8/15. Eight emails and two phone calls and still is not cancelled. Having to cancel my debit card and dispute the charges to get rid of them. Total scam.

  Paid for one car wash with credit card. They put me on a monthly plan. I dont even live in the state of the car wash. They steal peoples money

  I started my membership 3/22/23 in Ga, at a special price of $23.99 , I live in Ar. and the attendant assured me it would work here, but when i returned to Ar. and tried to go thru wash it would not let me, so the attendant here needed to see the card i used in **.from that point i started getting charged form both states I have been trying to get this resolved since May. I have talked with several representatives, emailed 3 notes , with no luck on getting refunded

  They will damage your car and not fix it! Like many others in the reviews here, I had my car damaged by their machine: One of their washing mechanisms hit my windshield and cracked it. I reported it to one of the workers who called his boss and told me they werent liable. No apology or offer to make it right from management. Be warned!

  I would give 0 stars if it were possible. My vehicle was damaged In the ****, **** Take 5 Car Wash in December. I have a film of the incident which they agreed was their fault. I also have an email that confirms their commitment to pay for the damages. I was told to provide them with an estimate for the repair of the damage, which I did. Five months later, after being told that the check was mailed to the vendor, told that it takes 4 weeks for mail to arrive from *******, and the vendor indicating that this is a common situation when dealing with this business, my car is still not repaired. Because I asked the manager, who refuses to provide me with the contact information of his supervisor, if I needed to hire an attorney or take them to small claims court, not he refuses to talk to me and hangs up on me when I call.This is the worst business experience that I have ever had and it is so frustrating. I do not know how they stay in business.

  They recently bought ********************* where I had a membership. My membership with ****** was $48 a month and their price was $39.00 yet they continued to charge me at $48.00. Theyre absolutely unethical in their business practices.

  I have been trying to cancel my membership for 1.5 months, they have not gotten back to me after multiple attempts to contact them to resolve my dispute in a reasonable way. This is not the first challenge I have had with them, do not subscribe to their monthly car wash services unless you plan on never cancelling.
