Alarmed by serious cracks in the interior walls of my house and an apparently shifting foundation, I hired a structural engineer to investigate the issue. After researching foundation repair companies, I contacted Ram Jack of Colorado. *****, the company's representative, spent several hours taking measurements, snapping photos, and checking every area of the house, both interior and exterior. He followed up with a thorough accounting of the repair process and provided a schematic drawing of the repair procedure, which necessitated the installation of 23 helical piers strategically placed around the perimeter of the house and garage as well as in the interior of the house at two levels. I hired ************ based on *****'s thorough assessment as well as the previous investigation and blueprinted suggestions of the structural engineer, which were similar. ***** guided me through the challenging 2-month repair process, and since the company met as a team via Zoom each week, the project was carefully monitored. Construction crews arrived each morning well-informed and focused on fulfilling the day's expectations. ***** remained in constant contact with me--answering my questions in great detail, respecting my input, and keeping things moving on time and according to budget. In spite of challenging winter weather conditions ******, ****, *******, *****, *******, and ***'s team kept an unrelenting pace. Without complaint they efficiently completed a mammoth undertaking on schedule. I'll always be grateful for their dedication and professionalism. ***** remained supportive throughout the demanding experience, often checking on the premises to see what additional things could be done to assure the success of the project. I appreciate ********'s lifetime guarantee, and I'm confident I can count on them to respond to any future concerns I might have. The integrity that ***** exhibited throughout the entire project speaks volumes about ************ as a company that cares.

We had concerns about some cracks we were developing in our home. We contacted Straight Line to assess out foundation and advise us regarding the damage. ********************* inspected out foundation and supporting structures and found the foundation secure but advised us to add some support to the steel beams. Being a fairly new home we contacted our builder and told them what was suggested. They checked the house and assured us that they would make any necessary repairs. Since the builder has agreed to make thing right we did not need have to use Straight Line but based on their professionalism I would not hesitate to call them.Ram Jack of Colorado, Inc.
