  I used passportsand ********* to expedite my passport process. Only after paying a large chunk of money I realized that they were no longer answering my phone calls or emails As they stated they would. Shortly after (Within the 24 hour policy) I requested a refund for my money. I could not receive my passport in the expected time frame at this rate anyways. I received an email back stating that person could not help me, but she would get My order canceled. I have emailed her back several times concerning who I should reach out to for a refund and that person has not responded to any of my emails. I called the company and they state they cannot help with my refund process either that they are a separate department and could not transfer me to somebody that could help. At this time, I still expect a full refund due to the lack of services that were promised And lack of communication on their end. I never received any product *************

  Do not use this business they're a scam. Never have I've been through so much trouble. It's been over two weeks since I order my **** and had nothing but trouble. Now they have my passport and I've been doing everything to get it back You will regret if you use this service. They belong out of business. It has cost me a lot more than a delay in trip. I'm about to leave to the Denver office and try to find my passport and get a refund.

  Do NOT use this company! Applied for a **** to ***** with a 8 week lead time. Everything was complete and sent in and the application was assigned to ****** (who is the apparent owner) We have not heard from ****** one single time via email or phone call. It is as if he does not exist I looked through other reviews and came across the name ***** - so I took a shot in the dark and emailed her. She was able to answer our questions and be realistic with us on the timeline. Which ended in her getting in contact with someone at the Denver office (shocking - it wasn't ******) and got our paperwork and passport mailed back to us. ***** gets 5 stars from us. ****** and his 'company' get ZERO stars. Complete scam with no sense of urgency or follow up.We now have to cancel our trip due to the delay.Go anywhere else if you need a ****. There are stacks of papers and passports within the Denver office (where they submit the ****s) and you'll be waiting way too long Update: Four months later and we still have NOT been reimbursed ANYTHING for the ********** we never received. Ridiculous. I cannot stress this enough: do not use this place.We are out over $400 and never received the ****, a single call from ******* - or a single email back from *******.

  Think twice about using this company.I am nearly two weeks into trying to work with passportsandvisas.com and nearly every aspect has been **************** took two days and a phone call for my order to be assigned to a representative (****** *****, Case #******).It has been a week since the company received my application materials including my passport. No progress has been made or reported.I have contacted the representative five times with increasing urgency with no response. I have explained the reason for the contact and the urgency - basically my hosts in ***** will not buy flights until I have a ****** and this has not changed the outcome.Beyond the extremely slow pace and radio silence to legitimate customer concerns, other disconcerting factors are emails and website interfaces that show different phone numbers to call, a person on the phone who was unable to answer questions about visas because 'they didn't work on visas.' There was also no apparent handoff between the customer service agent and the assigned representative.Perhaps the company feels they can take liberties because they hold such a precious document as a passport. Extremely disappointing, especially given the trust involved.Anyway, buyer beware - there are likely better options out there.Update - nearly another week out and still ghosted by the company - declared my passport lost/stolen, had to fly to a passport center to get a new one. Disputed charge with credit card company and got money returned, no questions ******** conclusion is that these folks are thieves. I don't ever expect to see my passport again. At least I got my money back (no thanks to them).

  This company is an outright fraud. They charged us twice, not on two separate occassions, but on one invoice. They promised to reimburse immediately. It has been over a year now and they still haven't issued a $600+ refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!They are thieves!Can't leave a negative star rating but a one star is way overrating these fraudsters.

  I contacted passportsandvisas.com to get my boyfriends passport renewed and we were assigned the customer service agent, ***************** out of *******. I emailed him multiple times and asked for him to call me which he never did. One week before the passport was due to arrive back to us I contacted *****************, and he told me that it was being processed, and it was due to arrive back to us the following Wednesday.Before I could get in touch with *****************, I contacted passports and visas at their 800 number and ended up talking to five different women all of whom hung up on me during our conversation. No one could tell me where the passport was or what happened to it. When I finally got in touch with *****************, my customer service agent, he told me that it was lost. Shouldnt ***************** have learned that the passport was lost before we got to the being one week out from when we needed it? One would think wouldnt you?We never ended up getting the passport from passports and visa.com. I continue to call and email ***************** requesting a refund for a service we never did get. ***************** never did bother to return any of my phone calls in order. Did he return any of my emails. We still have the credit card charge on my boyfriends credit card. This is not a reputable company. There is absolutely no customer service nor is there any follow-through whatsoever. Its an act of Congress to even get someone to answer the telephone. Do not believe the reviews on their website. They are all false. Theres no way they could have a four star review based off of the experience I had, which was simply h*** on earth. I encourage you to go to ********* Please look for my review and the pictures of my emails that I sent to *****************.Please do not use this company unless you want to lose your money and not have a passport and potentially miss your trip.

  Contacted this company for expedited passport service, was told that they could accommodate my request, gave them sensitive information and money. Within 30minutes of doing this the company phoned saying that they indeed could not guarantee this transaction in the time period requested and which they originally agreed they could do.Passport and Visas.com said they would refund the money paid back to my credit card account, but to give them ***** days to do so. 15 days passed and no refund, I phoned and emailed and like most of all the other complaints was told my inquiries were being sent to the accounting department. After several more days of not receiving any replies I have also disputed these charges with my cc company.Passport and Visas.com seems indeed to be a SCAM and the scariest thing is this company now has sensitive information on myself and if they SCAM in the front it's conceivable that they're SCAMMING in the rear. I have and recommend to everyone SCAMMED by this company to install faud alerts with credit reporting agencies and even placing freezes on credit.Also my next action is to contact my government representatives, media, and Law enforcement agencies!

  ***CUSTOMERS BEWARE*** This is a HUGE scam of a company!!! If I could give it minus zero stars, I would. I spent a week of frustration trying to organize documents for my own passport renewal and for my 2 sons' passport applications. I would email them with questions, get no or delayed responses. Then get responses, telling me I had to do something differently, which led to me having to redo and redo and redo paperwork. I eventually reached a breaking point and told them to refund my money. I couldn't take the stress anymore. Then my emails kept getting ignored, or I was told (by different people in the company) my emails were being escalated to accounting. Absolutely nothing got escalated to accounting & after 2 weeks of not hearing from accounting or anyone else, I called the company today 2/26/24. I last spoke to someone via email on 2/9/24. I spoke to a woman who told me I was out of the refund time frame and that my account would be credited for 6 months?? In the meantime, I have gone to a local post office and in 2-3 weeks time, I have received all three of our passports and original documentation. What exactly will they credit me for??? I DON'T NEED PASSPORTS FROM THEM! I only went through this company because I was worried it would take months and months to get passports. WORD TO THE WISE, GO TO YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE OR JUST USE THE GOVERNMENT WEBSITE TO GET YOUR PASSPORTS....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
