            On Dec 19th, the ****** Shuttle that I had booked for **** hours left me stranded at the ********************** as I was trying to get to the Colorado Springs Airport to catch a flight. I booked through the Uber App and had planned on using my stored Uber credits to pay for the shuttle, saving on parking fees at the airport for 12 days of parking. Pickup time was **** and as I waited, I was notified the driver was delayed through the Uber App, then the ride was cancelled for an unknown reason in my app at approximately ****, giving me no time to make alternate arrangements to get to the airport at a reasonable time. I called the ****** office and was informed they were calling the driver back to get me, which indicates he must have skipped the stop. I called 2 more times between **** and **** and each time the ****** employee assured me the driver was on his way, and that I should wait; she was calling him and would call me back but she never did. I continued to follow up with the office every **** minutes, and she couldn't tell me where the driver was when I asked but assured me he was on his way. When I called the office again at ****, nobody picked up. I ended up driving myself to the airport and incurred $52 in parking fees which I would have saved if the shuttle had arrived as promised. I am requesting an apology and reimbursement from ****** for the parking fees I incurred due to this failure to provide reliable service. The attached screenshot shows the ride that I had booked was "unfulfilled." I contacted the business and they were unable to offer me an explanation for failing to pick me up, nor admit that they made a mistake.

            Horrible customer service. I live in ****** but don't own a car so I'm savvy on how to get around w/ Uber, bus or train esp since I lived in Manhattan yrs ago. I called to clarify exactly where pickup point is at airport since I'd be taking an Uber there ,not flying in. The lady told me Door 505 At Island 5 but had no clue where that is in relation to Uber drop-off area- then she added the instruction "Make sure you get on southbound bus not the one Northbound to *******************". Being familiar with how traveling works, I made an educated guess that the door for ******************* Northbound must be a diff. door so I said "well what's Northbound door # ? so I can avoid that door and I'll make sure to go to 505". She seemed to not understand my question, repeated herself and said make sure you go to the southbound door and I said "I UNDERSTAND you said it's door 505 But since you warned me not to get on northbound bus, I'm concerned about your warning and wonder, wouldn't that be a totally different door?" Then a man yelled very loudly "DOOR 505 IDIOT!" I remained polite, though angry, bc I'm a civilized person and said "I'm not being an idiot, I'm being super organized bc you added an extra instruction to not get on the northbound bus, therefore I'm asking you What's the door number for that bus and I'll make sure to not go to that door?" This was so I could have peace of mind & clarification to know they're not both leaving from the same door- I mean why give that instruction ? it makes it sound like they both depart from same door and that's usually not how travel works. Trains/buses, etc. usually depart from different gates depending on direction of travel. I just needed that confirmation--She still didn't understand my question and just repeated "Door 505" . I was highly upset about the man in the background that yelled and called me an idiot When I think they're the ones who are not smart/savvy or know much about traveling or getting around in cities/airports.
