    I paid them $1900 in September to repair my awning, I did not hear from them for weeks and when I would call they would say material was there and they would call back, they never would. When I was finally able to speak to someone and voice my concerns I was told that they would be out on Nov 7th to repair the awning. They were not able to due to weather and to they rescheduled for Monday Nov 11th. They arrived and said they could not repair it due to snow on the deck, so rescheduled for Tuesday 11/12. An elderly man and a young woman arrived and did not know how to repair the awning. They waited in their truck for hours until *******, I assume the owner, arrived at my house. She told them how to repair the awning. Well then the fabric was too wide and they said they couldnt finish the repair and did not know when they would be able to. When I called ******* to voice my concerns and request my $1900 so I could find a different company she said she couldnt talk to me and hung up. This company has strung me along for months and now all I want is my money back so I can find a different company to repair my awning. Apparently ******* is not going to do that by her actions of hanging up on me when I requested the money back and voiced my disappointment and dissatisfaction with Outwest Awning.

    Ms. **** submitted her contract and deposit on 08/23/2024. It states on the contract that all deposits are non-refundable due to custom ordered material. We have also informed all customers we are ***** weeks out on production once deposit is made.

    We are still within the dates. Ms. **** was very belligerent and rude to office staff after we were making call backs to customers to reschedule due to weather. Out West Awning cannot control the weather. We always ensure the safety of our employees and protection of homeowners and their property is our top priority. Ms. ****** awning is fully installed and complete as of 11/13/2024. Out West Awning, **. feels that Ms. **** jumped the gun on this complaint as we have had multiple communications per her statements of continued weather delays.

    We would ask Ms. **** to please pay her final invoice amount of $1,178.39 and this complaint be removed as we have completed within the time frame everything on our contract. Within the allotted time frame. Out West Awning ** apologies for the inconvenience of multiple weather delays. However, weather related delays are out of our control.
