      I never gave my information to this business and yet they call me repeatedly from different phone numbers several times a week, even after blocking the numbers they will use new ones so that I cannot stop them from calling. They have called from ************ six times from January 24 to today February 21. They have called from ************ four times starting on February 5. They have called from ************ starting on January 20. They have called from ************ 12 times starting on January 17. They have called from ************ starting on February 1st. They have called from ************ starting January 29. They have called from ************ two times on January 31. They have called from ************ two times on January 27th. They called from ************ two times on January 26th. They called from ************ two times starting on January 13.

      I started college in 2023 I was told when I started that I would have enough funding to carry out my degree. Now that I am a year out from receiving my degree they are saying I have no funding left and I have to withdraw since I have no other way of paying. I asked since I have over 115 credits if I could get another degree or certificate in which they responded no and that there is nothing they can do for me. Once i informed them I was going to contact yall they started backtracking and it seemed really shady and I felt like I needed to make a report.

      I am writing to formally complain about unsolicited spam messages I have been receiving, which are linked to *********** on behalf of Colorado Technical University (CTU). Despite being on the Do Not Call list, I have received multiple messages without having any customer or prospect relationship with ****************************** of my complaint are as follows:Date(s) of Spam Messages: 2024-08-13 and 2024-08-18 Nature of Dispute: Receipt of unsolicited spam messages in violation of Do Not Call list regulations Attempts at Resolution: Contacted ****** *********** at ***************************************** with no response received Advertising Details: Spam messages contained links (********************* on 2024-08-13 & ********************* on 2024-08-18) presumably for marketing purposes I request immediate action be taken to investigate these spam messages. Additionally, I require confirmation from CTU that my consumer data has been removed from their systems. Failure to respond will leave me no choice but to consider further steps.Please ensure CTUs ability to send SMS messages to my phone is suspended immediately as continued contact will be regarded as intentional harassment.Thank you for your prompt attention in resolving this matter. Please note that due to privacy concerns, The unique marketing link codes should suffice for tracking interactions with my telephone numbers on the Do Not Call list.Regards,**** ******* ***** *************************************************

      Dear Rhianna,

      Thank you for your prompt response and for forwarding my complaint to Colorado Technical University (CTU). I appreciate your assistance in this matter.

      To address your requests for clarification:

      Letters Received by the Business: I have not received any direct letters from CTU regarding this issue (this matter involves SMS spam and spam telephone calls). My attempts to resolve this matter included contacting ****** *********** at ****************************************** but I have not received any response.

      Desired Resolution: My desired resolution remains as follows:
      Immediate cessation of all unsolicited spam messages from CTU or any associated entities.
      Confirmation that my consumer data has been removed from CTUs systems.
      Assurance that CTUs ability to send SMS messages to my phone has been suspended to prevent further contact, which I consider intentional harassment.

      Please let me know if you require any additional information or if there are further steps I need to take. I am keen to resolve this matter promptly and appreciate your continued support.

      Colorado Technical University has called me over 152 times in the past ***************************************************** multiple times with no avail. Everytime I block their number they call back under a different number. I have no association with them in any way. They call at least 8 times a day. The last time they called the guy on the other end stated he would continue to call me until I agreed to sign up for courses an meet with an advisor. It's disturbing how far they have gone to ignore my consent.

      non stop harassing phone calls 7 days a week. after going online to look at school courses because I am thinking about going back to school they have now made it to where I absolutely will not attend CTU. the calls have become worse than a bill collectors calls. Everytime I block one number they call from a different one. I currently have over 10 numbers of theirs blocked. I have repeatedly asked them to stop and they just do not listen.

      I filled out for the college ctu on line and i filled out all of the necessary paperwork and i had a admission advisor her name was Ms ******** and she helped me with all of the paperwork and they ***** me five award letters so as time went on before i forget i started April 30'2024 at the school but as time went on like i said they was not liveing up to the things they about it's all about the students because i had so many questions about a lot of things and i could never get in touch with anyone so i got tired of the cat and mouse game so i did my research on them so i withdraw from there program and I'm still trying to get in touch with them because they don't want to refund my tuition money can you please help me my ****** dollars back please and thank you

      I applied for scholarships and financial aid online for a local community college I am attending. I'm sure Colorado Tech got my number from my scholarship applications online or something. Now I receive never ending calls from multiple numbers, no matter how many I block. I started answering and just saying "Stop calling me" and hanging up. Yet I still get about 2+ phone calls a day at the most inconvenient times - when I'm at work or WHEN I'M ASLEEP. I have no interest in attending, never have. The one person I talked to the first time they called was pushy, didn't stop asking questions when I told them to call back, and did not respect that I was ON MY WAY TO MY JOB. They talked over me. I am so done with these phone calls, it's spam and harassment. I have asked them to stop calling on multiple occasions and the calls seem to have become MORE frequent.

      I've nearly finished my four year degree with CTU, and I couldn't be sadder about the school I chose. I was unable to have a graduation ceremony in 2020 as a high school graduate due to COVID, and I was very excited to attend my college ceremony. However, I have recently been informed that it's too late to sign up for the 2024 graduation and that it's my fault because I received an email in February of this year. That is not true at all, I never received any such email. I was informed that since my graduation date is in August and the ceremony is in July, I don't qualify for the 2024 graduation. What school only has a ceremony once a year, and why was I not informed of this sooner so I could've transferred schools while I had the chance? In addition to these issues, I have also been given the run around by the financial aid department. After receiving a scholarship from my place of work, I was ignored by my financial aid advisor for two months before I finally walked into the school in person to redeem my scholarship. I have gone through more student success coaches and financial aid advisors than I can count, and it's very evident that the school cannot retain employees due to their horrible way of running things. Four years and $69,000 later, I won't even get to celebrate my hard work, but rather I'm told that the school essentially doesn't care about its students enough to provide a ceremony for them in the year they graduate. Choosing this school has been genuinely one of the worst decisions I have ever made, and I will always regret it.

      I attended CTU briefly in December 2017 through a commitment ***** through my employer. I never attended the class which started around 12/15/17 (I believe per old emails). By December 19, 2017 I was dropped from the class. The only notice I ever received was a withdrawal email from admissions. All throughout 2018 I received CTU welcomes you back emails urging me to re-enroll. I never did. Fast forward to 2024, I enrolled with CTU through my same employer with the commitment ***** (although multiple CTU employees told me there was no commitment ***** so I dont trust much of what they say). This is the issue, CTU is now billing me in ******************************* 2017!! They never billed me before, emailed about the balance, called me, nothing! I had absolutely no knowledge of this $656.25 balance until I started my second class in 3/2024 once I reenrolled. How can this be? It cant be legal or ethical to do this. ************************* from financial aid sent me a nasty email today acting as if this is totally normal and threatening that Ill be responsible for this 2017 balance if my employer, whom they billed, doesnt pay. I feel blindsided, taken advantage of and bullied. Please help. The attachments show the email from ****, the withdrawal emails, and the abundance of re-enrollment emails I received in 2018, BUT NO BILL. Thank you
