Ent on ****** continues to treat long term customers - 20 plus years poorly. Ask to talk to manager for assistance - response there not available. Some employees have no business working there as they are rude to customers.

We are sorry to hear that our service was not up to your expectations or to the high standards we aim for in providing member service at all of our locations, to all of our members. I will share this review with the Nevada center's area manager so that she may review it with that center manager accordingly.

If you're black don't bank with this credit Union. The disrespect I receive every-time pay my bill is disgusting. As many Americans I have fallen into financial trouble. But, the belittling I receive from the reps in the collections department is just horrible. It almost makes you feel less than a human to be spoken to that way. I've gotten experiences from two other African American account holders with military background and they've expressed the same thing. I cannot wait to depart from this financial institution.

Thank you for allowing Ent the opportunity to investigate the complaint. Please know we take any claim of discrimination seriously. Several unbiased parties reviewed the phone calls, and while we did not hear any signs of discrimination in these calls, we acknowledge ********************** frustration and value her feedback and invite her to contact us directly to discuss her experience at **************.

Quite disappointed with ENT. They tout great rates, and "help" when you need it, in many financial forms. I've been a customer of ent for a long while,my first savings and checking acct I opened when i was what, 14 or 15 yrs old, with ent. I've had success barrowing money from them before, although before it was lent not only to myself but my wife at the time. Now, recently divorced, still not finished with much of the fiscal separation of the 15 year relationship, a loan would really help me out. I have no bad debt. my credit score was 830 before i had to begin giving my lawyer what pretty much amounted to another small mortgage payment every month for just short of the entire year of 2022. I've maxed out my line of credit w ent. My credit cards have escalated beyond the 75% usage point. Trying to do the responsible thing and consolidate debt, amongst paying some other small (under 500$) fly by night synchrony accts., they've now refused to lend me a dime!!! My credit score has dropped to 732 (according to my rejection letter) which is still pretty good i hear, never been late on a bill- ever. Their primary reasoning is because ive used to much of my limits on my accounts. Well thats what im trying to get taken care of!!! ***** the point of asking for $$ to take care of debt when you say my debt is to high to lend me the $$?? IF my balances were low then i wouldnt need a loan !! I sent them guarantee legal documents stating alot of $$ is coming my way once the **** is finished up- then loan i applied for would be taken care of in whole once the our assets (me and the ex) have finished up the fiscal separation. And still NO !! This is where i know the banks - even the ones like ent , who say they're for the little guy- there when you need them, they are not. They know im trapped into paying hand over fist interest for a long while. . This is where they want you. Deep in their pockets. They dont want you to get out. shame on you ent.

We would like to thank **** for being a longtime member at Ent and for giving us the opportunity to review his request for a loan. We certainly understand the stress ***** current situation has placed on his financial wellbeing and understand his disappointment that we were unable to honor his request at this time. In similar scenarios, we have referred applicants to visit with a certified financial coach at Ent to help them determine if there are any measures they can personally take to help improve their situation and that opportunity is certainly available to Mark. Conversely, if **** would rather have similar conversations with an organization (other than Ent) about debt consolidation, financial counseling and more, we recommend Greenpath at www.GreenpathREF.com or ************** (please contact Greenpath regarding pricing as sometimes there is a nominal cost depending on the services they provide).

We refinanced our house through Ent and had a great experience. They were professional and prompt. We would recommend them for refinancing and banking.

I will not support a company who puts race first. If they want equity they should be fair to all races not just one and treat everyone the same. As a person of color, I want everyone to be treated equally. Today I noticed that someone was in their long line of people and they had a clerk go through the line to only help black people and then expected white people to wait. I also noticed the same rhetoric in their commercials after this occurred where black folks only got the home loan and the piggy would help them. Thats offensive! We no longer live in that world. I wont support ideologies from the ****s as it continues to ****** the idea that we are helpless and that we do not have the same opportunities as all people. Fix it or I will take my business somewhere else.

I had another bank account due to ENT not working well with some of the apps I use to pay bills or get paid and ENT cut off all transfers to and from my other bank due to reasons not connected to my personal activity. Because of this, I could not tranfer money to ENT to pay certain bills. I had told them I did not want transactions going through if funds were not sufficient several times, as it takes a whole afternoon trip now to withdraw money from my other account and deposit it at ENT and they charge $30 FOR COURTESY PAY! Then I went to deposit a check to cover a bill that was on autopay through ENT. Apparently they took so long to process the check that the bill was paid and I WAS CHARGED $30 FOR THE COURTESY PAY I HAD ASKED SEVERAL TIMES NOT TO HAVE ON MY ACCOUNT. I called the service line and I was told I had asked to have courtesy pay on. The person on the line said they could turn if off like I had been told several time before, but said there was no way I would ever get my $30 back. Now I'm stuck out of town with no way to pay my other bills due to a measly $30 missing and no way transfer the money I need. ENT IS BEING RUN BY THIEVES.

Poor customer service at the video drive-up. Microphones do not work and have to raise your voice so the teller and everyone else at the drive-*** can hear. No $100 bills available there. Not very good instructions on where to place your ID

I have a checking acct with ENT, as well as a business acct. Recently, I accidentally setup for funds to be automatically taken out of my checking acct on PayPal because the last four digits were so closely related to a credit card number. Nine days later PayPal notified me they couldnt pay a $3.17 purchase, which is when I realized my error. To my dismay, ENT had taken five - $30 courtesy fees and two- $30 NSF fees out of my account over that period of time. On day ten, I received a letter notifying me my acct was over. No email, no text, but a letter that took five days to arrive after they mailed it on day five! They refunded the courtesy fees and kept the $150 in NFS fees. Basically a bank taking total advantage of people. I had to manually go in and setup a notification that my acct has gone negative, so ridiculous, and still no way to get them to notify a customer when they have taken money out of their acct except a letter! This isnt ****. Never had a financial institution play so dirty. All the other banks have notified me by email or text immediately. Wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Its too bad because weve known some of the employees for years.

ENT business credit card is horrible! 3 entities service their cards, US Bank, Elan, and ENT. I have multiple employees with cards, and the way it is set up is one main account that has to be funded to make payments on each card separately. Theres no way to make automatic payments. I have to go in every month, figure out what the balance is on each account, manually transfer that amount to the main account, then pay each card. I called today to close my account. I had to apply cash back credit to pay the balance, which will take at least 3 business days. Once I see thats applied I then have to call back to have them send me a check for the balance of my rewards cash back which will take at least a week to receive in the mail. Once thats cleared I have to call back again to close the account. I have several other business credit cards with Chase and AMEX. So much better and easier to work with as they credit my bank account tied to the account and all transactions are automated and its only one call to get anything done. ENT bank is good, but do not use their business credit card. Absolutely terrible and such a huge haste and waste of time.

After 15 years banking with them I am finding another bank- they have put polices into place that they think justifies their random and unreasonable fees (aka stealing your money) and the customer service might as well be a computer because they just spit corporate jargon that still makes zero sense when you ask them to explain the random fees they charge. I have been charged over $300 in fees for no justified reason in 2023 alone in my checking account. They let me know my overdraft account had magically turned into a small, paid-off loan- It was never an overdraft account (even though that's what I opened it as over 10 years ago?). Just done dealing with their surprises, fees and lack of understanding or customer service.
