  State Farm recommended this company to us and let me tell you about lack of integrity and or professionalism. In 4 plus months Unity did 11 days of work - Cracked grout - Uneven floors - Doors that dont open all the way anymore because of the uneven floors.- Stained carpet where the subcontractor decided to cut tile on the carpet.After all this we decided to cut ties with Unity. We refused to give final payment on work not completed. Not one person from this spineless organization would come out to inspect the work for which they are asking for payment on. Unity put a lien on our home and sent us to collections. Stay far away from this very sketchy companyeven if your insurance company recommends.

  If I could give less then 1 star, I would. This company will give you a time that they will be there, and then tell you that they have a better job somewhere else and leave you sitting at home waiting for them to show up. So, in the initial visit, they came out and set up the fan to dry everything out. They told me they would be at my place the next day at 9. They called me the next day while I was sitting around waiting and said they wouldn't get to me until the next day at 9 because they had a job in ****** they had to finish. The next day i was waiting at 9, then 10 came, then 11, then I finally called the company at 12 asking where they were... i didn't even get a phone call to say they were going to be late. They called me back and said they "hope to show up by 3". When I said that doesn't work for me, the company called me and left a rude message about how they were pulling out of the project. Then, I guess they weren't that busy because a little while later, they showed up at my door and started ringing the doorbell and knocking on my door like crazy people to get their fan. When i let them in, they acted like they were mad at me. Hey look, I'm the one setting my time aside when you tell me you're going to be here. So, then I even called the president of the company and left a voice mail about how i was treated, and how bad my experience was. I even told him that I had an elderly vet that I was taking care of and how I needed to schedule things around him. Now after 3 days, I still have not received a phone call back. I guess he doesn't care. If you have time to waist in your day, and want to be treated rudely, this is the company for you.

  Save yourself the headaches and do not use this company! We used them as a recommendation from our ****************** and it has been an absolute nightmare. Since September 2022, and we still don't have completions of the water damage in our master bathroom. Not to mention when they replaced the tile in the shower, their contractor broke the tile on the floor. We are still without floor tile, a toilet and a fully functioning shower! We went months without a shower in our room. Now they can't properly coordinate the repairs for the sanding of the floor. They wanted to spread it over two weeks! It is always bad communication, no follow through, no one to show up to help install, nothing. And there is always an excuse for everything they do! Big red flag DO NOT USE!
