All of our policies can be found on our website and are included on our receipts and e-receipts emailed to our Guest.
1. Warranty coverage is offered through the manufacturer and will differ across brands. Guest are given and advised to review their warranty card for coverage details. The law tag on their mattress will provide a code which is used to reference and against the warranty card for the length of the warranty period. Details for filing a warranty claim are located on our website Mattress Firm.com. Mattress Firm offers a free online warranty process for guest who feel their product has malfunctioned. A third-party inspection can be requested by the guest for an additional charge ($79.99 in most states) An independent inspector will visit the guest's home to assess the defect reported and submit their results. The process, expectations, terms and conditions are listed on our website home page under 'Warranty Claims.'
2. Refunds are generated by our salesperson and processed in our Corporate Office in Houston, TX. Generally, refunds are finalized within 2 to 3 business days after all merchandise has been confirmed returned and the order cancelled. credit cards refunds may take up to 5 business days depending on the banks credit policy. Guests have also been give a self-help option on our website to request a refund in the event it is not received time. We respond to messages in the order they are received and promise reply as quickly as we can Inquiries are responded to in most cases within 24 hours.
3. 120 Night Sleep Trial - Guests are given the opportunity to exchange, or return, the mattress purchased for any reason during their first 120 nights of ownership. The process, expectations, terms and conditions are listed on or website home page under '120 Night Sleep Trial.'
