      Pick out mattress on sale for ****** and go to pay and they can't order because they are changing pricing and went to ******* I walked out but pricing shld be done after hours I wasted 2 hours . Will never shop there again.

      First time buying in mattress firm. I highly don't recommend them as a veteran, and always enforcer. Please stay away after 3 years my mattress starting sagging in the middle and they denied my claim, I sent pictures of two inch sagging and they said thats normal....I been having back pain for the last week, but its normal wear? Please stay away please take my warning. Please do. I hardly write stuff like this and they gave me a case number Mattress Firm | Case ******** denied.....

      I tried a mattress and bought it. The bed I received is much firmer than the display but hopefully that will correct itself. The sales person told me I would receive a free adjustable frame with bed. As I was switching from a king to a queen this fit my needs. What they did not tell me was the frame was 6 inches lower than the display bed frame. Very unhappy as bed is too low for my furniture. Very sneaky and deceptive. I fully intend on returning the bed within the 120 day warranty period unless a adjustable frame is provided which is the same height as the display.

      Pros: The initial sales process was smooth, and the bed we ultimately received meets our expectations.Cons: I am deeply frustrated with Mattress Firms handling of our refund and their lack of accountability. During our purchase of a $6,140 mattress, the store manager strongly encouraged us to open a Mattress Firm/Synchrony credit card to qualify for a rebate, despite our intention to pay in cash. This felt like a high-pressure tactic to push us into a credit agreement, which has now led to significant inconvenience.Due to the need for a firmer mattress, we returned our original purchase, resulting in a $762.65 refund owed to us since February 20, 2025. As of May 20, 2025, we have yet to receive this refund. The credit card company claims the check is in the mail, but our secure, locking mailbox has received no such payment, strongly suggesting it was never sent. When I raised this issue with Mattress Firm, I was told the matter is between me and the credit card company. This is unacceptable. Mattress Firms name is prominently displayed on the red credit card, making them equally accountable for this process. Furthermore, the cards exorbitant *****% APR for late payments is outrageous, and I believe Mattress Firm owes me equivalent interest on the delayed $762.65 refund as compensation for this prolonged inconvenience.This experience has revealed a troubling pattern, as I recall discussions with store staff indicating awareness of refund delays. Mattress Firm must take responsibility for their branded credit card and ensure prompt resolution. I urge them to deliver the owed refund immediately, along with appropriate compensation for the three-month delay.

      We bought a ******* bed the material is giving up they call it tears! Its ruins of the material breaking down giving up !! They said they want cover in warranty! Its fabric defects !!! How u not cover your manufacturing!! I bought two beds this only issue one bed BUT NEVER AGAIN!!

      I purchased a brand new Sealy Silver king mattress exactly 1 year ago for just about $1,000, on sale from $1,500. By month 8, the entire mattresses internal springs, cushioning even the seams had fallen apart, CHEAP, CHEAP, CRAP!! i went to my local Mattress Firm location to complain, and get some kind of refund, I mean, LESS THEN A YEAR!! is all it lasted. the manager of the store told me if I was lucky, I might get a partial refund, but only store credit!!!! Why would I even spend another cent in that store..She then tried to up sell me a $3,000 bed with all bells and whistles. ARE YOU REALLY DOING THIS ??? Was my only question to her as i walked out the door. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MATTRESS FIRM!! REFUND MY MONEY PLEASE!!

      This place doesn't deserve any stars. I bought a mattress from Mattress Firm on Saturday 04/12/2025 with a GUARANTEE it would be here today (04/15/2025). My husband had to call to find out the status of the mattress and was told they weren't there. When I called I was told the delivery truck couldn't wait on our mattresses because they had other deliveries to make. Then I was told they really didn't know where my mattresses were. I stated that I was guaranteed the mattresses would be here today and the manager on duty (which is not the one who sold the mattresses to US) stated that he didn't guarantee me anything. I explained that I had company coming in and that this needed to be fixed today. He said that IF his manager would approve it they could deliver and set up the bed on Thursday. I told him that is an inconvenience because when they call with a 2 hour window, my husband would have to take off work and sit at home for 2 hours+ missing time at work. He never offered an upgrade or any way to rectify this problem. I asked for his bosses name and number and told me he was the boss. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I do NOT recommend anyone ever shopping here.

      I placed an order with them for a queen size mattress and box spring set. I was promised a delivery date of April 12, 2025 by the ***************************** She confirmed with me that there were two available slots for delivery for this day. I placed the order and after placing the order, she explained to me that I will receive a phone call between the time of 4pm and 7pm to confirm the delivery time. MISTAKE ONE. I never received a phone to confirm the delivery time or date. I decided to call the Mattress Firm store near me and ask them the status of my delivery. They inform me that it was pending for December 30, 2049. I explained to the store employee that I purchased everything online in which he looked into their computer system and informed me that it was set for a delivery in the future meaning that anytime in which they were able to deliver it instead of what I requested and was promised. The store employee informed me that I will have to come pick it up myself it I wanted everything today. I contacted the online customer service in which I spoke to Mr. **** He explained to me that a delivery is placed in the future when a customer doesn't make a full payment on their merchandise and was directed back to Mrs. ********* After explaining to her what happened, she informed me that it wasn't her fault and that it was the fault of the warehouse. Like I told them, I have never been treated so badly, and this is the WORST customer service experience that I've even had and to cancel my order!!! If I could rate them a half of star, I would!!!

      Beyond disappointed in mattress firm and their customer service, or lack there of. Like the reviews say below, I was told my mattress would be delivered through phone call, email and text, and come delivery day, nothing. Calling customer service (which leads you to a store, so it's not customer service) the next day the store informs me it says delivered, which is questionable given every communication I received said a signature was required. I was questioned if I was home and became irate that my credibility is being questioned, when there is a fault in their system. The store even directed me to call customer service which at that point I could not stay on the line any longer, because even the store doesn't know customer service leads to them. Now I am being told that it will have to be delivered tomorrow, and after reading below, I wonder if I will even get a good mattress. Shame on mattress firm and their inability to support customers and make promises they cannot keep. Our family provided you funds for a product and service and both have not been satisfactory. DO NOT buy from mattress firm.

      Stay Away! Shop with a company that has a good reputation and with good reviews. Mattress Firm does not honor their 120 Night Sleep Trial guarantee. They use deceptive tactics and cant be trusted. They lie. They did even give me a printed copy of the 120 Night Trail but said they did. Be sure to ask before you purchase and read the fine print.

      I wish you would but I don't think you will. I have learned a lot about Mattress Firm and it's deceptive tactics. I will continue to spread the word as I see it if someone does not attempt to fix the problems I have found.Thanks
