As an ********* Member this is the worst company I have had to work with. The list of complaints we have is endless. Diversified HOA Management constantly ignores emails and phone calls. You will not get your board package until 45 to 30 minutes before your board meeting, not the five days before as the contract states. They do not walk your property. They will not give you invoices for approval on time, your payments are then late, and it ***** your relationship with your vendor. You can ask your Account Manager to do something repeatedly and they will not do it. They will lie and say your annual ballots have gone out when they have not been sent out. Diversified Management will not communicate with your vendors for you, they say they will, but they never do. You are better off self-managing your HOA because that is what you will be doing with Diversified HOA Management. Diversified has breached our contract many times and when you do term them they completely ignore you but you still have to pay them for another two months.

Received violation letter from Diversified Association Management stating I had declined the right to a hearing as outlined in the *** governing documents and threatened fine ($50). Upon review, found that Diversified Association Management had not only violated my rights regarding due process having failed to send an initial courtesy letter as required by the governing documents of the *** prior to the second violation letter threatening fine but had also failed to communicate my right to a hearing and deadline for such opportunity. Diversified Association Management has not acknowledged nor apologized for violation of my rights of due process nor admitted to overwhelming evidence of their non-compliance to the *** governing documents to which they have been contracted to abide by and enforce.

Horrible management portal, take forever to respond, they never include links in emails they send to lead to relevant data, $68 processing fees to pay bills, if their site breaks (often does) and you are late on a payment they will instantly charge you a fee, then refuse to respond to any request or complaint. Worst company I have ever had to work with, I am already pushing to have them replaced if possible, and bringing other homeowners with me on this push. Absolutely disgusting company.

As a homeowner and board member diversified is by far the worst management company to do business with. They lack professionalism and have no sense of urgency. They are quick to fine every house on the block. And deny every suggestion given by the Board to make it a positive experience. We had a community event that I ended up having to pay out of pocket. And the hoa was pay me back. I had to jump through hoops to get the money back and they still owe me money and its been 32 days and still not received it. Some one is always out of the office and emails are being ignored. Terrible company.

If you go in with an issue to the office on North ****** be prepared to be verbally abused especially by one particular very rotund blonde lady. I went in there to try to fix the automated payments for my assessments and I called their Bank from there so in case the bank needed information that I did not have that they would and I was asked to leave told I was disruptive. Then I got a letter stating that my assessment could not go through and they gave a account number that wasn't even mine it was the wrong number. And I wasn't even the one that put it in one of the people there did for me. So as I was leaving the building after being kicked out I was still on the phone with Diversified Bank people, he was appalled at the way they treated me he heard everything. Any reminded me these people work for you you don't work for them and you want to know something he's right. You people work for us and you do a lousy job. And you need to retrain your people on how to return phone calls promptly, and not to mention treat people with respect when they come in. If they are screaming and hollering and swearing at you yes you have a right to ask them to leave but if they're nice quiet and trying to fix something and they're being polite about it then no you don't. So I would suggest to the owners that maybe you get off your **** and get in there and talk to your employees about their behavior. Instead of worrying about your lifestyle and making sure you have enough money to maintain it.

I agree. this company is nothing but a rip off. Raising our HOA. My window sidings damaged by hailstorm 5 yrs ago . Collected insurance money but didn't replace. They worry more about p*** and trash bins than checking the landscape that are exposing foundations. Most HOAs supply p*** bin and bags.
