I moved from out of state into this apartment. I am unable to get mail at my residence and cannot get internet access due to the fact it is listed as a business through the city records. I have had multiple issues with rodents, bugs, air conditioners, plumbing and more and have sent out emails, texts and phone calls with no response. I went to the physical address on my lease and the office is non existent. I am at a loss as to how to proceed in order to live comfortably in my home. Im looking to have the property listed as a residence so I may receive mail and internet services or I would like the property to allow me to break the lease with no ramifications.

I have been a resident at the above address for 8 years. During that time, ***** Light of Trek Property Management has been the owner of the attached property, ************************************* In this time, I have had the displeasure of dealing with this business and employee, **** ********, either for myself, as when we had to coordinate together to paint the townhome, or on behalf of his tenant, an elderly lady with a special needs son. Most times, the office is unreachable by phone. Many times the mailbox is full, and frequently, calls don't get returned if you are able to leave a message. There are several addresses listed online, and I'm unsure which is correct. My experience is that it is Mr ****** Mr **** and Trek's policy to to intentionally be unreachable so as to avoid having to take responsibility for the maintenance of his property. There is a shared fence that has been unsafe and in disrepair for years that they will have nothing to do with, despite my repeated efforts. When painting the house, he cut corners and went with a company that I never would have chosen. I was refunded $800 for the job due to my extreme dissatisfaction. Mr ******** never came out to do a final walkthrough, and left the addition unpainted, although it was brought to his attention. The front yard is full of weeds due to old/improper weed barrier and lack of rock on top. The fence/yard are in violation of the HOA's covenants. Mr ******** will not provide me with a mailing address so that a formal letter can be sent, and additionally, was making personal and very unprofessional comments to me during our last conversation. I need to be provided with a correct address/contact info and be assured that there will be an attempt to rectify the problem, or at least, a respectful and sincere conversation when a legitimate problem arrises. It concerns me, as a member of the community, and a homeowner, since the condition of our shared structure directly affects my property and its safety and value.

I have lived at my address for over a year. Around august m-October of 2022 the company changed its payment system. I have had numerous times my ledger was incorrect . The number I used to communicate does not work either does the cell phone I was given . They have neglected to accept my payments telling me that my ledger does not match what I see on my end . Even to say that Im in the wrong portal. This company is trying to make it hard for rentals to make payments so they can start eviction process. I reach out and hear nothing until I have a notice in my door. When u reach out they respond with a text from a random number that isnt even listed as a contact number . They have the apt listed for 995 but my lease is for **** which makes no sense to me either . They pick and choose who to mess with
