We had a great experience working with purple mountain! They are great people to work with. They explained everything to us. It was quick and easy. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing to sell. Can't thank them enough!

1 starMy house is Not for sale. I have contacted them numerous times to ask them to stop sending me postcards ( we want to buy your house ). When I called them, they told me "we will take care of it..." "we clearly hear you "... It is very annoying that I continue to receive their postcards. Id like to put in a word for ****** with Purple Mountain Houses. He has been up front with me the whole way. He sincerely tried to work a deal for us but it wasnt what we needed and he was ok with that. I could feel a bond and he has left the door open for future talk. I really like the way he works. Purple Mountain was recommended by a friend and I cant say enough about the wonderful experience I had working with them. Everyone was very understanding and sympathetic to the loss of a family member, making the process of selling the house in probate amazingly easy. They were kind enough to help deal with some personal property left behind, thus reducing the stress of having to completely clean out the house before closing. I cant wait to see what they do with the planned renovations! I would HIGHLY recommend this company.Purple Mountain Holdings Inc

We have had great results and satisfaction working with Purple Mountain Holdings along with the assistance from ***** through the whole process! We own rental properties in **************** and have had the unfortunate experience of having to remodel after a 'less than desirable tenant' situation. We made the decision to sell 'as is' rather than sinking more money into renovations to bring the properties up to par to rent again. After receiving a card in the mail from Purple Mountain, we chanced a phone call to their office to inquire about their services. Within a few days, we met with *****, toured two of our properties after explaining our reasons for wanting to sell both houses, and promptly got an approximate price for them. True to their word and advertising, there are no closing costs, realtor commissions or other fees. Within two weeks, we accepted their offer, closed on the properties and turned over the keys! The process was amazingly easy for us with ***** overseeing all the details. He did a great job for us and not only will we recommend this company to other friends, we will HIGHLY recommend our friend ***** to them as well. I needed to sell my house quick. I was under contract on a new home and was going to lose thousands of dollars if I didnt sell my house. I saw the reviews for Purple Mountain and decided to call but I was super hesitant. The first phone call was so easy. We actually ended up chatting for a while then they came out to my house. It was an easy process and we came to an agreement. The most amazing part was I didnt have to wait 30 or 60 days to close. It about 4 days and done deal. Thank you. So happy I reached out. I have never sold a house before and I was confused about what this option would look like. They walked me through the process step by step even making sure that I understood my other options. I had a great experience with purple mountain. They came out and met me and tried to understand what I needed. I was able to close, have some money to pay for moving costs, and they let me stay a few extra days. Overall it was the best experience Ive had selling a house.Purple Mountain Holdings Inc
