I went into the sale of my home really nervous because I had never sold a house before. After calling around and talking to several companies, I found Purple Mountain Holdings. The first step is a call and ***** was awesome. She made me feel comfortable and was really up front about the whole process. The guys came out and were super friendly and honest. They worked with my situation going out of the way to accommodate things that I didnt even realize were important. 5 starsRecently my life changed and all of the sudden I needed to sell my house that I thought I was going to be in for the rest of my life. I just happened to receive an advertisement in the mail from Purple Mountain at the perfect time. I reached out immediately and scheduled a time to have someone come out and take a look at my house. **** and **** were out the very next day, spent 10 mins touring the house, then we sat down and they walked me through the process of selling a house from start to finish. I kept waiting for a surprise! to come up, but in the end, they did exactly what they said they were going to do WHEN they said theyd do it. 4 starsThis week we called in this company for a buy review. From first contact with ************** to the guys who come out to see your house. GREAT People! They are local,& community minded. 1 star**** tired of the constant junk mail harassment from this place about wanting to buy my property. I have reached out to them numerous times thru social media to remove my name/address from their junk mail and no luck. the last time I informed them I would submit complain thru the BBB and here it is. Not sure what part of STOP that you dont understand but apparently you continue to prey on elderly/retired folks.
