    I am contacting you with an issue I have experienced that started on Wednesday, April, 17, 2024, with the customer service skills of one of the Property Managers and then with one of the Office Managers employed by Highest Point Real Estate.I called the company on April 19, 2024, at about 3:30 p.m., because my downstairs neighbor was very insistent about a plumbing problem. On Wednesday, April 17, 2024, my neighbor explained that there was a plumbing problem and her plumber came out and said its coming from the upstairs apartment. Therefore I entered in a maintenance request on that Wednesday. I did not appreciate that the maintenance request I submitted to fix this problem on April 17, 2024, at 3:36 p.m.,was changed to completed an hour after I sent it, and then when I reopened the request again on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, in the afternoon @ 4:54 p.m., it was completely ignored by Highest Point Real Estate until 48 hours later, and even then, it was only processed because I had to re-submit the request for a 3rd time online and make 2 phone calls to get any action to be taken by the property management company, and because it was by Friday afternoon that it was finally processed, it would not be able to be tended to until the following Monday, which is 5 full days since the maintenance request was originally submitted to the Property Manager.To add insult to injury, while I spoke to ***** during the second (and final) phone call I made to the office, I asked if she knew if/ when a plumber would be out to take a look at the problem, she stated, I dont know. Its not a priority since its not an emergency.Shortly thereafter, someone from the company sent me a lengthy note via email accusing me of extreme aggression, shown on a few instances, (there were 2 phone calls total made by me to the company and the only reason I made them is because my maintenance ticket was marked as completed when it flat out wasnt dealt with at all).
