  These guys are monsters! I didn't receive the email that our apartment complex switched companies OVER THE WEEKEND and apparently changed stickers so mine was invalid. I was parked for LESS THAN AN HOUR on a SATURDAY NIGHT and was towed. Even though they towed AFTER HOURS, they wouldn't let me pick it up until the next day so they could add on another night's storage fee. Their fees are WELL ABOVE what the law states as minimum and they are completely unforgiving. Don't have an emergency fund and had to borrow nearly $400 for a completely honest mistake - total b******* that had an attitude that makes you feel like they enjoy taking people's time and money away from their families. Such shameful and disgraceful people. Worst experience I had had with ANY business, perhaps EVER.

  Had a motorcycle delivered.**** ******** shows up, choosing not to use a front wheel caddy or anything of the sort when towing this motorcycle.The first thing he does is tilt the deck of the trailer all the way up. The motorcycle is still fully strapped down at the front of the trailer deck, which is now about 20 feet above the street.He then hikes up that long, oil slicked ramp while it's drizzling rain outside, and proceeds to untie the motorcycle.All but one tie strap. Then he comes to ask me for help.Since I had been working, and not watching him, I let myself get totally set up for failure by this dude.He should be able to do this all by himself.That's a new red flag I'll recognize for next ******* I go out there, and I see that it looks precarious. But I assure my fears that this guy is not trying to kill me, and that he is not trying to wreck his own payload. Surely, he knows what he's doing.He asked me to stabilize the bike upright while he lowers it down the ramp.I sit on the bike.He unties the last strap... Just as I'm discovering that he really is as stupid and/or malicious as I feared, because the winch cable he had at the top of the ramp was not connected to the bike.Nothing was.I hold the front brake and panic.The entire surface of the trailer is covered in oil and rain. The moment he pulled that strap, the bike and I just started sliding backwards.All the way to the rocky *********** is damaged.Nearly broke my leg.I am elated that I was able to walk away at all, and that I'm not instead having to pursue all kinds of devastating legal action against the company for causing me serious bodily injury due to gross negligence, to name one of many.This guy should not be working with equipment or operating machinery.Careless. Clueless. Dangerous. ***.

  This could have been a five star review, however, what started out as a simple miscommunication turned into a huge ordeal that ruined our experience with this company. We contacted Swft towing To tow our vehicle to the collision center, we provided our card information to the dispatcher prior to the tow truck arriving we Were told everything was good to go at the end of the phone call. Tow truck arrived a little later than expected, but no big deal, apparently, later on that day, they attempted to call my husband while he was at work. They did not leave a message or send us any message of any kind that there was any issue the next morning when my husband woke up, he called swft first thing in the morning, When he had seen, he had missed calls from them. Once he got on the phone with them, they were extremely rude and assumed that we gave them A bad card and started threatening us saying that they had to go pick the truck back up from the collision center And now that they were going to charge us $308 instead of 157 because they towed the truck twice. My husband Verified the card they had on file and apparently they had the wrong expiration date listed. This company acted irrationally, assuming that we purposely gave them wrong card information and that we were trying to steal their services. My husband gave them the correct expiration date. And then he called the collision center, and they said that our truck was still there that the towing truck in fact did not go to pick it back up. My husband called the tow company back and was told that they didnt send the tow truck, but they charged us Additional amount anyway. Based on the other reviews appears that this company uses scam tactics to get more money out of people and insurance companies. We were not even provided with an invoice.

  ok we called your husband 5 times and sent him 3 tex messages first time when i told him i was calling from SWFT TOWING he hung up the phone My dispatcher called him another 3 times and also repeated the card Number to him 3 time on the Original call an the sad yes its correct we left a voice msg saying if we didnt get a call back with payment the car will be reposed no call back to after the truck showed up at the body shop YOU CANT GO TO ******* TAKE SOMETHING AND DI SIDE TO PAY FOR THE NEXT DAY WHEN THE POLICE SHOWDOWNS UP TO YOU R DOOR Its not the way it works PAY YOUR BILL NEXT TIME ON TIME AND YOU WONT HAVE TO SIT HEAR AND LIE

  We towed the vehicle for your husband not you thats number one number two. Your husband gave us the wrong expression they in purpose. My dispatcher repeated it to him twice and he said yes its correct. We have it on recording other than that. We called you five times and you ignored the phone calls one time you guys picked up and hung up the phone and then turned off the phone because we called you another five times with no answer. We called you back the next day eight in the morning phone was still turned off, this is called theft of service if you wanna know

  Due to the negligence of *WIFT Towing, this resulted in loss of revenue in regards to Documentation, Personal Property, as well as Business and Clientele. I spoke with ********************* and got the name of his driver that dealt with my tow that night, *****. The tow was initiated through the insurance company on *aturday February 10th at 6:48PM. ***** arrived on *cene at 10:07PM on February 10th (almost 3 hours after letting us know he was dispatched at 6:55pm with and ETA of 60-90minutes ). He told my dad to leave the scene and he was given the key. It was falsely communicated to the insurance company (*afeCo) as delivered at 12:24AM resulting in the claim being closed. The next day, the Jeep was still sitting on the work zone on I-25 highway, between the * Academy and Mesa Ridge Pkwy Exit. I contacted the tow company the next morning at 8am asking why the vehicle was still on the highway, and they mentioned they are having someone there as soon as they can. This tow company states on their website that they are available 24/7 with 4x4 recovery no matter the location. I made the phone call at 8am on February 11th and the jeep was not delivered to its destination until after 10am that morning-Over twelve hours from the tow being first initiated the day before.I continued to ask why it had taken so long to remove my Jeep from the highway. ***** assured me it was for the safety of his employees. When I get to the Jeep a couple hours after it had been delivered, I find all doors besides the driver side were unlocked including the hatch while the vehicle was left unattended when the tow company (*wift Towing) was the one with access to the key at the time. Everything was stolen out of the 2001 Jeep Cherokee including tools and tons of back up jeep parts, documentation including my registration and insurance and documented history of the vehicle as well as business materials I was delivering resulting in loss of future clientele and loss of business revenue.

  Never use swft towing. Super unprofessional and a bunch of A holes. Was just flipped off by a driver and cussed at in a residential neighborhood for going around his truck with the car already on it with plenty of room to safely maneuver around. I called to tell their office about it and all they said was well Im sorry. Just because you have a car on the truck doesnt mean the whole road is shutdown , unless law enforcement is present, I used to deprive tow trucks and would have never acted like this. They should keep their business in southwest *******.

  if you want to know tow drivers are Fist Responders and the yellow liking be Blue and RED and its a FEDERAL LAW NOT ONT STATE

Its a motorhome we have the right to cancel any job at any time for whatever reason we think is not a safe to.w request we did go to your house and saw your RV. Its not something that we can safely tow. Sorry for your inconvenience.

  This company towed my vehicle without authorization and kept it without telling the insurance company or owners where it was. A police report was filed for stolen vehicle. Surveillance video determined SWFT towed it away. How is this not theft? How can they get away with taking a vehicle without permission? HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS??? Why would our legal system let this company continually break laws and steal from anyone and everyone, blaming others. Ridiculous!!!!

  Thank HEAVENS for this company and the driver, *****. I commute from ****** to Springs and on the way back, my hybrid glitched out completely leaving my car undriveable. My kids and I were stranded on the side of i-25 with an estimated wait time ***** minutes from **** ***** called me 5 minutes after the claim and arrived in less than 10. Not only did he make the drive to town absolutely enjoyable, but he also made sure my kids and I arrived safely at my house. Thank you *****, you truly are a life saver.

  After 3, nearly 4 days of back and forth with State Farm, ****** **** and ******************* at swft towing I finally have my car back. I had to threaten swft towing with calling the police for them to finally give a c*** about the endless inconveniences my family and I had to go through. You say you took my car to your tow yard because insurance said to fine. But 1 hour later youre being reached out to by insurance and you refuse to return calls so you can ruthlessly hold my car hostage until You see fit, that is wrong. You charge agreo 7 days of storage ($1600) and you had my car from Friday 9am to Monday 5p thats 3 days. Thats wrong. But I see how you operate and its wrong. You want to shift blame to insurance and agreo but not for one second until someone mentions police do you finally submit invoice so you can get paid and peoples car can be released. My child had to miss a doctors appointment weve been waiting on for 1 month because swft towing wouldnt return insurance or agreos phone calls back for 3 days. Have some accountability and stop shifting blame. Do not use this company for towing instead wait for a Good Samaritan to help you out. ************ is greedy and ruthless.

  What do you have to say about charging 7 days storage when you only had my car for 3.5 days? I paid because I pay for roadside assistance. Theres no such thing as a free lunch, Econ 100. I paid with time lost on the phone with you, State Farm, and Agreo for 10+ hours. I paid by missing my childs appointment due to to your company holding my car hostage. I paid by being stressed about how Im going to get to work pick my kids get groceries because you held my car hostage for multiple days. What verbal abuse? What rudeness? Thats your default response to anyone telling you your customer service is horrible.

  And if you dont work for me and you work for my insurance why did you call me after i threatened you with the police? I know why because your practices are wrong and you know it. You lack accountability and that is a character everyone should have especially if you own a company.
