I have never ever in my entire life worked for people or a company like this. I felt there was an unbelievable amount of nonsenses , dishonesty, disfunction and lack of accountability. I personally felt like I was working in the twilight zone, culturally similar to a psych **** managed by the mad hatter. I was warned and still gave this establishment my own personal observation despite the opinions of others. My experience negatively surpassed those warnings . I would never ever ever work here again nor recommend working here to others. I was lied to about compensation , duties / tasks and employment benefits etc. More work was given without compensation. I experienced gaslighting , unrealistic work expectations and in unrealistic work spaces and environment. I was trained several different ways. Given unclear direction, despite my constant questions to ensure I am implementing accurately; I was constantly having to unlearn everything and relearn it again, once again despite my efforts of questioning and seeking the correct way of doing things. I witness seeing a revolving door , turn over rate was often . I witnessed overall mistreatment of co-workers /employees, customers , vendors and misuse of power. This company checked all the boxes plus some for the markers of when you should leave a company I personally felt that I did everything I could to be flexible, accommodate, effectively communicate ,adapt, conform , change perspectives/ attitude, settle and attempt to convince myself that this couldnt possibly be what it was for longer than I should have . I know that I am not the only one that has experienced this establishment in this magnitude . When It got to the point where working here was taking a toll on me not just mentally and emotionally but also physically, I decide this was ultimately and indefinitely not the right fit for me. I could go on and on but wont . Pros:They have electricity.
