I returned a defective product and never received a credit. You CANNOT reach anyone other than email and they DO NOT respond to emails. My credit card company was unable to reach them too.Business response

Do you have the tracking for your return? I see your communication with support on 04/04/2022 when ***** provided the return instructions but I do not see a response from you with the return tracking order. When a return comes in without an order number or a tracking number provided to us we do not know which order to refund. If you could provide the return tracking here or to your support ticket with ***** from 04/04/2022 we can then confirm your return and submit the refund.

Placed an order for a 4 in 1 charging dock station on 12/15/21, order #*****. Emailed customer support on 12/28/21 for a shipping update. Received an email back on 12/30/21 from ***** ***** at Charging Dock stations saying the package was now in possession of **** and I should see tracking information in the next ***** hrs. Never got any tracking information so I emailed back on 1/6/22 and 1/13/22. Received no response from either email asking for an update and at that point just wanted my money back since it didnt look like I would be receiving the product I ordered. On 2/6/22 an Amazon delivery driver dropped off a box and inside was a 3 in 1 Charging Dock Station with a packing slip saying thank you for your order and to email ************************* for any issues with www.chargingdockstations.com. I sent an email since this was not the product I ordered and never got a response. So the original response saying it was now in the hands of **** must have been false since **** were not the ones who ended up delivering a product. So at this point I do not trust they will actually follow through with getting me the right product and would like my money back.Initial Complaint

I ordered an item online on November 28, 2021. The item, a charging dock station, SP *Charging Dock ST (Order #*****) was never shipped. I received a receipt and my credit card was charged $39.95. My AMAZON **** card was charged Nov. 29, 2021 for $39.95.Amazon payment ID #******************* Merchant order ID Checkout #*************** Company:Charging Dock Stations ******************************************************************************************* Even though my credit card was charged, I never received the product or any communication with the company about issues with the order.I sent numerous emails to the company as directed by their website with no response. I attempted many times to find a phone number to no avail. What was additionally frustrating Is continuing to get several emails a week asking me to buy the same product again, or other products they sell.I would like to have a complete refund. I purchased two charging dock stations on December 22, 2021 and have paid for them in full. I have not received either one. I was never provided with tracking or shipping information. I ordered a product on December 6, 2021 and never received it. I was sent an email that the order was shipped and the status could be checked on the Shop App. The app DOES NOT GIVE ANY TRACKING information. I contacted this company 5 separate times through their customer service. The first response stated due to the holiday and influx of packages there are delays. Another response from the company on 1/12/22 stated the person checked on my order and the package was with ***** I was to allow ***** hours further tracking updates. I havent received a response, no product, and no refund. Either send the product or promptly refund me my money.Initial Complaint

Order # ***** I ordered 2 docking stations from this company on Dec 4, 2021. Total $79.90 which was put on a credit card. On 12/22 I contacted them via email as I had never been contacted whether or not they had shipped. I again contacted them on 12/29/21 as I had never heard from them. After 3 attempts I did receive an email from ***** Anhoa, customer service rep, that I needed to allow 48 to 72 hrs for the items to be delivered. I contacted them again yesterday, January 12th that I still had not received my order. I've had no response and I have never received this order. This company should not be in business if this is how they conduct business. These were to have been Christmas gifts. I ask that this complaint be lodged against this company and that you assist me in getting a full refund as they do not respond to me. I ordered a wireless charging dock station on 11-24-21 - order #*****. To date I have not received the item or a refund for $39.95. Despite several emails to the company (no phone # is available) the issue is not resolved. They did not email me that the item had shipped & when I questioned about the status of the order, they assured me it was with **** to be delivered as of 12-8-21. However, it never arrived. They stopped communication with me after the 12-27-21 email in which they again assured me it was with **** to be delivered despite 2 more emails from me. All I want now is a refund. I ordered another wireless charging system from another company & received it in 3 days as it was a Christmas present.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: The information relayed in this response from the business is not correct. If the preorder status had indicated an estimated shipment date of Jan. 5th, 2022, I never would have ordered it as it was a Christmas present for my grandson. I would have moved on to another option to receive it in time for Christmas which I did when I ordered a wireless docking station from Amazon and received it in plenty of time for Christmas. This response also ignores the fact that I emailed ***** Anhao in Customer Support on 3 different occasions and she assured me that it was in the possession of **** and I would receive tracking information with ***** hours (of December 27th email date). In one of my emails, I emphatically asked for a refund (12-27-21). When that did not happen and I still did not receive the item ordered, I emailed her again on 1-3-22 and she has not responded to that email to date. At this point, I just want a refund of $39.95.

I just wanted to let you know that on January 24th the 4 in 1 Charging Dock Station I ordered on 11-24-21 magically appeared in my mailbox. So I have received the item that was ordered. I do not think this would have been resolved without your intervention - so, for that, I thank you. ****** learned. I will never do business with this company again. They did not respect my requests nor did they communicate with me in a timely or professional manner. But, I did get some resolution even though it was not what I actually wanted - cancellation of the order and a full refund.Again, thank you for your attention to this matter.

On 12/15/2021 I ordered a black 4-in-1 Charging Dock Station from this company, as a Christmas gift for my son. I was given an order #, & the item has been paid for since that day. They do not list any phone numbers to contact them & do not reply to any ******** Messenger chats which is how they tell customers to contact them. No tracking number has been provided, I was told I'd receive an email & a text message when the item shipped...have heard nothing at all. Their site says to download the "Shop" app to check order status, yet without a tracking number "Shop" is unable to provide assistance.Business response
