      Ordered docking station for my husband for Christmas and all the tracking says is order placed ! I’ve contacted company several times they kept telling me give it 42-78 hours so I did several times! Since Christmas I haven’t heart from them except to order more stuff, why would I order more I haven’t got the first thing I ordered! And on the add it said fast shipping, WRONG! I want my item or either my money back!

      I reached out to our fulfillment center, ****** Logistics, to investigate your order. I do see it was picked up by the courier by the tracking does not show any additional information after that. They confirmed that another is being sent out and there is an esitmate delivery date of Jan 27th, 2022.

      I ordered an item from Charging Dock Stations on December 9th and have not received it. I have not received tracking information or the product. I followed instructions to download the Shop app in order to track the shipment but there is no information there either. I have sent messages and emails to customer service 3 times and have had no response. I also tried the chat message feature on their website and no one ever replied. My card was charged $39.95 and I would like a full refund for this product.

      Thank you for reaching out. The 4-in-1 charger was in Preorder status with a posted estimated shipment date of Jan 5th, 2022 on the product page and checkout page at the time of your order. I reached out to our fulfillment center, Amazon Logistics, and was told you delivery is dated for Jan 24th, 2022. If you do not receive it by then please reach out to me directly. Thank you.

      Ordered two docking stations end of November. Credit card was charged. Never recieved email order confirmation and still havent recieved product. Emailed customer service both on website and ******** messenger 5 times. Still no response. They have no phone number or way of monitoring an order on website. No tracking info. Want credit back if product is never coming.

      I purchased 5 Charging Dock stations from the company Charging Dock Stations on 11/22/21 on my **************** for approx.$300. **************** charge has gone through and I cannot get the company to give me any tracking information or the shipper. They have responded by email with vague excuses of delays with no pertinent information regarding tracking or shipping info. I have tried to call, but there is no phone number associated with this company. Upon researching, I see numerous complaints about them.       Thank you for reaching out. The 4-in-1 charger was in Preorder status with a posted estimated shipment date of Jan 5th, 2022 on the product page and checkout page at the time of your order. I reached out to our fulfillment center, Amazon Logistics, but was told that a full refund was already issued. The address you mentioned is our mailbox mailer address at PakMail because we use Amazon warehouses as our fulfillment center and those are spread out throughout *****************.

      I am rejecting this response because: It is simply not true. The company is fraudulent and has lied repeatedly to me. They never sent a tracking number or shipping info and lied that it was in transit. This product was NOT purchased on Amazon and Amazon has nothing to do with them. There have been several complaint filed and I've read them now online. In my opinion, the BBB should have them investigated and shut down. It takes more effort to ******* people than to just have a legitimate business and provide goods and services honestly.
