Began process in 1/2021,with ***********************.Signed building prelims , concrete plans and purchase order and soon after paid a deposit of $6,984.50.Was given a delivery date of 8/16/2021 on 3/18/2021( which came and went with no communication or replies to inquiries sent).In 4/2021 ********************************* sent a Building Release Dox which was signed/returned.The deleivery date came and went with no delivery ,communication,or replies to inquiries. When ********************************* finally returned the call,the explanation was Covid delalys,and a delivery frame of late Oct.,early November was promised. The delivery time once again came and went without delivery,communication or replies. A ******** complaint elicited a response from Charlie ****** who declared our treatment unacceptable,in Jan. when he left a message.Upon returning the call,and leaving a mssg.,no word back from Mr. ****** came.When I called again in Feb.(2022) *************************** said he'd handle it and ensured there wasn't a price increase since the deposit was taken before the increases occured.Never heard back from them,no contact,no return calls and no refund for a deposit given for a product that never arrived. Considerable time has been spent in corresponding and most importantly ,at the City trying to procure permits for both the concrete pad and construction,all of which are utterly useless without this specific building.Purchasing from another company will require the lengthy process to begin all over again.

We are sorry you are dissatisfied with your experience. We do strive to offer excellent customer service and a quality buying experience. We did agree to give you a full refund and sent the documents to release the project in conjunction with the refund. In addition, we have reached out to follow up on the release and full refund on several occasions, and to date the paper work has not been returned to complete a settlement. Please reach out to us to settle this.
