      To be completely transparent, I purchased a car that turned out to be in poor condition it was infested with dog hair, had worn-out tires, deteriorated mats, and a weak battery. Despite having owned the vehicle for less than a year, I had to invest in multiple detailing sessions, a battery replacement, new mats, replaced front right wheel bearing and two fresh sets of tires (faulty wheel bearing). While my sales representative, *****, was excellent, I can't say the same for the service department.During my service visits, I was appreciative of their availability, but the service manager, *******, rushed through my appointment. She assured me that my tires and power steering were fine, only for three other service professionals (***'s, ******** and Big * Tires) to inform me that I urgently needed new tires.Given that we're approaching winter in Colorado, telling a customer their tires are in good condition when they require air every two to three days is a significant safety concern. I've decided not to return to the service department in the future.This experience has soured my first-time purchase of a used vehicle. I believe I would have been better off leasing a brand new one.

      If there was a zero star, it would be zero. The only saving ***** is the salesperson I worked with (*******), otherwise, there is zero service and zero support on a vehicle having repetitive issues. The service department does not return phone calls, will not help in person, and is a wait of 1+ months on a vehicle that is not driveable. Extremely disappointed that this is the service I've received from this location. My vehicle has had issues since the first week and I have gotten zero support other than they can do a trade (at ~$15k+ expense to me).

      Dropped my 2022 GMC Truck off to have airbag issue looked at, this is the second time I have had an issue with the passenger airbag. When I dropped it off, I mentioned I wanted to get this looked at before my warranty expired. They texted me and informed me that it was going to cost 2K to repair because I was 600 miles over my warranty. I responded, don't even bother, don't worry about the oil change, forget it. This is a brand new truck, I should not be facing 2k+ repair bills!When I went to pick up my truck I was faced with a $320 Bill! How! They charged me $200 to diagnose and $130 for an oil change I told them not to do! A day later, I took it to King **** they informed me that it was misdiagnosed, that it did not need a new airbag, but the wiring was damaged, originally quoted $800, but then called me right back and said, no we believe this has been going on since we purchased the truck and warrantied the repair! This is how customer service is done! I will never set foot in a Omera Dealership ever again!Service Ticket under *********************. Just picked up yesterday 3/21.

      This customer came in for a repair that was 866 miles out of warranty, and stated he had the same repair completed in 12/21. We spoke with GM and explained to the customer that warranty repairs could only be honored at King **** where the vehicle was originally serviced. We communicated with GM and King *** on the rework from previous repairs and issues when the vehicle was purchased from them. We're happy to hear everything was taken care of and our apologies that we didn't better communicate. **************** is of the utmost importance to us, again our apologies for your experience.

      I was not told an extended warranty was going to be added to the costs. I went back to cancel and I am still waiting on a refund - it has been over the 8 weeks I was told to wait. I have tried to contact but no answer. I hope they are able to reach out through here.

      Worst dealership experience ever. I have called and texted and emailed asking about my payoff money but nobody responds. They made my payoff late and I was charged an additional payment. I am simply trying to find out where the money went. The old loan company has no record of it being refunded to them. I have received no communication that a check is being sent to me. It seems this dealer has cash flow issues if they are having trouble reimbursing me my simple car payment which is under $500. Buyer beware.

      2014 Ram **** didn't pass the state required emissions test I was had to pay for because the dealership had no emissions test coupons. Was told I had 5 days from the initial purchase to get a e test, was never told that when I signed the sales contract, the sales manager said it was in their sales contract it wasn't but line ******************************************************************************************** a job shaming way as well as repeatedly lied to about the emissions test that the sales manager said he had but couldn't produce, FYI emissions tests are stored electronically by ***************** and my state issued renewal notice would have said "no emissions test is required" spoke to my counsel was told to reach out to the ******** AGs office which I did, the loan holder and extended warranty company, he suggested I continue with emissions test repair work and seek reimbursement for all work preformed. I just want to get the truck fixed, license plates and get on with life.

      Took my car in for a check engine light diagnostic. I mentioned that I had my car in and out of service 4 times in the past 2 months because the check engine light kept coming on. I also told them that I received a recall letter on my turbo. After they diagnosed my car and fixed what was wrong we came and picked up the car. On the way home the check engine light came on again and a burning small and loud sound came from engine. They were cordial enough to pay for a tow back. Again I mentioned the turbo but he said the turbo was fine and that the problem was something else. They fixed that problem but then 2 days later the check engine light came on again! When I called them I asked to speak with the manager who conveniently was not available. I never received any phone calls back even after leaving several voicemails on the main line and the service technician direct line. I took my car to AutoNation and they got me right in and fixed within 2 days. IT WAS THE ***** ALL ALONG!!!! still, to this day, no one from OMeara has called me. I will also be looking into a warranty claim

      On 11/29/2021 I brought my 2011 GMC ****** in for a passenger side airbag recall. When the truck was returned, the dash was damaged (cracked) right next to the airbag opening and that location was slightly protruding. Service Manager ************************* did not come out to see the damage I noticed when I picked up the truck. He directed his staff to take a photo and he would call back. One week later and two attempts to contact him by phone I returned to the dealership for answers. He denied responsibility and claimed that his technician said it was pre-existing. He said his technician did not document the crack as "pre-existing" in his notes. Let me be clear, the dash was not damaged before I took it to ****************** for recall work. He also said he called GMC and claimed that they somehow agreed with his assessment that they weren't responsible without even seeing the truck. ************************* denied any responsibility for the damage and put his hand up and walked away when I was telling him ****************** was responsible. He gave me a ***** number for GMC. ************************* said he was too busy to call me, but he claimed that he had the time to talk to his technician and GMC about the issue. ****************** damaged my truck during recall work, never followed up and ultimately denied responsibility, referred me to GMC who is referring me back to *******. Beware! ******* is unethical and doesn't care about the quality of their work and their customers.
