      The North Face warranty is a total scam. I had an expensive jacket start to literally fall apart after less than 2 years. Warranty people said that was the normal breakdown of materials over time. They are also violating the consumer review fairness act by not publishing the negative reviews that people leave on their website.

      Horrible warranty process (4-6 weeks for a replacement if at all? I wore my Winter Warm tights ONCE then hand washed them lightly and the waist seam above the pocket was unraveling about 3 inches. When I called, I was told to fill out the form online and it would take 4-6 weeks and maybe I would get another pair. I asked if I would receive an exact replacement and asked the woman to check if there were any in stock. She refused. What? I own probably 30 items from North Face - jackets, gloves, many, many legging/tights etc.. Well, guess what? Not a single purchase from this company again. And I am the customer out there that stands by their decisions. Other companies would love my business. I don't need to be treated like this and neither do others. ******* this company and their pathetic warranty process AND no customer service.

      I am extremely disappointed w/ North ********************************* I had an issue w/ a gift I received. I tried the chat feature several times. It was not capable of answering my question. The chat AI did not know how to handle anything novel. I called twice to talk to a customer service agent. I had the distinct impression they were reading from a script or AI generated text. The responses did not match the questions. At one point the customer service agent wanted to do a 3 way call with the person that purchased the gift so they could approve "a North Face" credit? Both customer service agents ended the calls. I was not rude or abusive. They simply could not answer the questions so they ended the calls. When I tried emailing, the response never fully addressed the question. Again, I got the impression that it was partially answered by AI? They suggested I take the gift back to the store to exchange it or receive a credit. I only wanted a smaller sz or the opportunity to buy an item that fit. My partner's mother bought the jacket for me as a gift; it came with a gift note, but no gift receipt. She is 76, & I think it would be confusing for her to have to look for a confirmation email. I had all the information regarding the jacket (her address, name, phone number, shipping information, etc.). They suggested that I return it to the store it was bought at. However, I assume it was bought online. I am not sure. Then they suggested that I return it to a North Face store. However, I live in rural **. The closest North Face is 4 hrs. At one point, the customer service agent asked if I could my partner's mom on the phone? She does not live with use. She lives in **. I spent hours trying to resolve this problem on several days. At this point, it is beyond the extended return window. Unfortunately, while I think North Face sells quality products, I will never buy anything from North Face. The customer service was absurd.

      Fantastic Customer Service...over-delivered! The foot of my TNF suitcase broke off. I took the suitcase to a local TNF store; they took it and sent it to repairs;I received notification within 2 weeks; my luggage was fixed and returned to my home within 3 week! (Holiday season time) I am so imopressed with TNF customer sercie in repairs!!!

      I have been trying for several days to get a refund from this company and i am getting the runaround from two of the supposedly customer service reps. I have purchased items from the Northface stores with no problem and will never order online from Northface again. I asked for a refund of an item they had received back for over a week and still have not received it. Very poor customer service and I am very disappointed in the company.

      North Face provided exemplary customer service to our family. They were very helpful in creating a profile for me and for providing additional discounts for 4th of July 2023 holiday.

      The Timberland return policy is crazy. I was told to wait 30 days for refund, but this is only after the warehouse approves them. If they are worn, they will not. I wore these shoes for 2 hours and they made my feet bleed. Yes, bleed. The comfort guarentee is not a gaurtentee at all. It is for credit on more junk shoes. And you can only use it once. If the next pair is junk, then you are out $150+. DO NOT BUY FROM TIMBERLAND< NORTH FACE. The company had changed and it doesn't care at all about CS>

      Do not buy North Face Products. I wore a pair of there leather and rubber winter boots on a hike in the snow. I live in a warm climate so they barely get worn. On my hike one of the boots started to fall apart rapidly until the whole bottom came off. I ended up in my stocking feet in snow and water. I was extremely lucky I did not get frost bite. I contacted the company and sent pictures. They said on footwear its only a 1 year warranty. I did my research and found many people had the same issue and they did nothing. I will never buy from them again and will continue sharing wherever I can so someone else doesn't have something even worse happen to them.

      I wanted to do a return/exchange at the ************************* Mall. *******, Ma. The associate told me before I could say anything told me she cant return them because she didnt have that much money in the store. I just frozen and said WOW!!! . And of course Im a man of color.
