this company Has an extremely horrible business practice they are nothing but fraudsters and scammers I highly advise if anybody is reading this to please purchase any North Face items from a realtor that sells them do not buy them from the actual company's Direct site they scammed me out of $450 for a package that I never received and it's completely ironic that they told me to dispute the charges But as soon as I open the claim the immediately started fighting me on the charges and it's completely pathetic that the customer service doesn't respond to any emails but they will respond to PayPal claims but I am Gathering as much evidence as I can as possible on them and Reporting them to my bank and I will be filing fraud charges against them it's completely sad on how a company that sells such great products has absolutely horrible customer service

The have the worst warranty program ever! They make the customer pay for shipping things back to them and in year 2022 they have you fill out forms . What reputable company doesnt have a more up to date electronic way of doing a warranty. Dont trust the warranty program.

They are the racialism. There was a sales and a manager who had prejudice and bad attitude towards Asian customers. I have been there for shopping when I saw there was a good deal at their shore, I was calling my husband asked him what he wanted. The sales told me I cannot use phone camera at their store. After ending the call, she was following me all the shopping time until I was upset and warned her not to peep at me. Last weekend, I was driving my husband to the north face store to see what he liked to buy. The same sales told him he was not allowed to purchase these, there were two coats and a hoodie. Because they have limited police, one item for one customer. When we asked a manager why other customer can purchase more. Her answer is they are the first time to their store. What a ridiculous answer. She said I am the comeback customer, so I was limited. Why they have the rewards program if the north face does not sale their produces to the old customer? I said that bed experience to an Asian friend. The terrible thing is that she was also rejected by them. She called the north face customer service. She never got an apology or any answers from them. I cannot believe that was happened.

Extremely disappointed in this company. Had the same experience as a previous comment on here about the strap on a backpack tearing. We were also told it was our fault. We purposely spent extra money and looked for a good warranty for my daughter going off to college. The warranty is a joke. Save your money. Then, when I asked them to send it back - I had to call back 2 weeks later only to find out it had not even been sent out yet. Shame on you NorthFace. For the money you charge, there should be better quality and customer service.

I sent a tent to the ****** warranty repair center after filling out the form detailing with an annotated photo the zipper problem on the front door of the tent. After a couple of weeks, the *** sent back a letter stating that the warranty doesn't cover fabric. I never requested anything whatsoever to do with fabric, just fix the zipper! So I promptly called the number on the letter and talked to a live person, explaining the fact that it was the zipper that had failed, nothing else. She said that a tech would look at it the next Monday. A few weeks later, the tech apparently looked at it, and did nothing. With no warning, a package containing the unfixed tent arrived on my doorstep, with the same excuse as before, and no mention of anything whatsoever concerning the zipper. I then took the tent to ***************** here in *******, and they were able to put in a new zipper within one day. Clearly, *** could care less about honoring their warranty. I have never had this level of bad experience regarding a warranty claim with any other gear manufacturer.

I will never buy another item from The North Face again. I purchased Recon back pack in ***** of 2021, the seam tore on one of the straps - so much for a lifetime warranty - they did everything they could to tell me it was my fault. I carry a laptop in my bag and that's it, I don't use it to hike outdoors or anything of the sort, yet I somehow misused my backpack and the tear in the seam, obvious to me to be a manufacturing defect, is the customer's fault. Save your money.
