      this company has been a nightmare to my life. i have made several attempts to resolve this matter, this company took me to court the matter has been resolved in my favor. and jefferson capital refuse to remove it from my credit report, although they have the affidavit from the court. about 3 months ago every time you call you are put on hold for an hour or more. this has caused me great anxiety and depression. and it not resolved

      Be aware of this scammer company Jefferson Capitol Systems filed a collection on my credit profile fraudulently the claim comes from some company in 2017 who I never purchased anything from Jefferson Capitol Systems has no right to file a collection against me I have no business with them at all this is a fraudulent attempt to collect a false debt it's also dropped my score 16pts I disputed the claim and I will continue to follow up with the state attorney General in *******

      Jefferson Capital Systems LLC False Debt I was never a wireless customer at ****************. I was in ****** ****** for over a year. In ****** I had my own phone and I walked into a ******* in ****** to provide me a Greek Number. The only wireless company I have here in the ** is TMobile family Plan and I am on my son's account.

      Paid off a debt with them, then they offered me a credit card, and I shouldve said no. They turned my card off for 30 days because a payment was late ( which wasnt my fault ) they only let you make payments by checking account! It took 4 days for the money to come out and that was considered a late payment. Who blocks someones access to their money for 30 days?! And then they kept saying they werent getting my email proof of bank statements for an entire week! Paid off the card and cancelled it. Do not sign up for them

      How do these Criminals keep having a business, I don't know. Their in direct violation of law FDCPA 15 U.S.C 1692. Violating Everyone's Rights. Trying to collect timed out and paid off debts, taking my personal information I Never gave them, nor permission to have.

      They had someone attempted to deilivery me an letter. When i called the lady she stated she no longer had my life. She had just been to my home two days prior. They bought a debt from a company who did not honor our agreement. I have the paper work showing the company acknowledging their mistake and stating they would not recall the account and they did not recall my account

      This company is a scam. They do not honor court documents. Attorneys will not connect back with you. They do not have legal complaint office.

      This was a total waste of time and pretty suspicious. I called to let them know that this was not my debt and they couldn't match my information!!! I have reported this, just want others to beware
