      Good Morning,Major neglect is taking place at Davita Dialysis in *******. My arm is totally screwed up and no one will take the blame for the s**** up I have an unprofessional nurse name ******* and she talks loud violating all my confidentiality. Ive been stuck wrong and no one has came to supervise, this clinic runs out of necessary supplies daily. I have fallen on the premises and didnt even receive a callback from anyone at the clinic.I have a pictures that I will come back and upload of my arm it looks like hills and mountains and its a ticking aneurysm. I have made numerous requests to have someone call me back or respond to me to no avail.. now Im taking this route. I didnt directly find the Davita *************************** because its not on here so I brought the complaint to the headquarters and they should be able to get me a response. The nurse talking loud about my personal business was the last and final straw and something just has to be done. The incompetence at this clinic is astounding. Please get back with me as soon as possible.. Im there 3 times a week MWF for 4 hours Ill be waiting on a response.

      On Nov. 28, 2022, my husband and I entered into an agreement with DaVita Kidney Care for the ability to complete required dialysis treatments at home. Part of their contract includes reimbursement of any costs resulting from required home modifications. In order to support the dialysis machines, we needed a water and drain line installed in our home, which costed $775. I submitted the required documentation (an invoice for the work and proof of payment) to DaVita and waited. Over the last year, *** spent countless hours following up with DaVita on the status of the reimbursement. Their **************** agents have agreed we are entitled to the refund and keep assuring me a refund will be issued, but it still has not happened.A company of this size and that offers reimbursement in their signed contracts, should have a better process to ensure customers receive what theyre entitled to in a timely manner. It is unacceptable that its taken over a year for them to make good on this issue and is requiring third parties, like the Better Business Bureau, to get involved for it to be taken seriously.On a personal note that magnifies the situation, my husband passed earlier this month. His desire and intention was to receive this refund and repurpose it for an experience off of his bucket list. He was unable to accomplish this due to DaVitas prolonged and inefficient refund process. They truly do take advantage of people in their darkest hour.

      I have had contact with DaVita too numerous to list but here are a few:

      November 16, 2023 during our clinic at the site with the staff.

      January 18, 2024 send another copy of the bill and check that paid it for the item to be recovered'

      May 23, 2024 responded to a request for a W9 form from the company that performed the plumbing services to be recovered.

      All of our communications have been through the nursing and technical staff at our assigned location who have then communicated with the staff at other DaVita locations which have to perform the tasks to get this paid.  They know that they owe it.  They know that we have been requesting it through our contacts for over a year.   I thought that they were a reputable company but I can see that they are not.

      I am a dialysis patient at ******************************** in **********. I have lost my secondary insurance with united healthcare for non payment. I receive a ***** through Kidney fund that pays for my coverage so i can afford the healthcare i need to survive daily. My social worker at davita has been responsible for making these payments on my behalf with coupon checks from the kidney fund. A payment was not made in january of 2023, and my policy payment increased although payments made were not enough. They cancelled my isurance. I showed darlington a letter from UHC and he stated to not worry about it his policy was paid. He never looked any further into it. When me and my wife found out i had no more supplemental insurance, We left messages for two weeks for darlington to contact us, he never did. when he did he told my wife he doesnt know why i lost my insurance we needed to contact united healthcare. he also told my wife it is not his responsibilty to make sure i have a secondary insurance it is hers. My daughter has had to take time off work to help me and my wife figure this out. ********** has been asked for advice and recommendations and all he says is he doesnt know. he has left us out to dry all alone. We went above him to his bosses, and have received no help whatsoever from anyone at Davita. Now i am accumulating a large bill for my dialysis's services i can not afford.

      I AM A PATIENT AT DAVITA DIALYSIS, SUNRAY, MN. THE PERSON IN CHARGE (I DON'T KNOW HER TITLE), CUT OFF THE HEAT FROM ALL THE CHAIRS. THE ** IS GOING, I'M FREEZING COLD, AND THE OTHER PATIENTS ARE COLD TOO. I WEAR A BLANKET AND A WINTER COAT AND I'M STILL COLD; A PERSON COULD CATCH THE *** IN THERE!I I AM ALSO ANEMIC, AND THE BODY GETS COLDER ALSO DURING DIALYSIS. I WANT THE HEAT TURNED B**K ON! I CONT**TED DAVITA GUESS SERVICES AT THE ***** NUMBER ABOVE. AND SO FAR, I GOT NO REPLY. APPARENTLY, THEY HAVE NO EMAIL ADDRESS, SO I AM CONT**TING YOU TO PLEASE RESOLVE THIS ISSUE!

      Over the past 2 years I have asked multiple times to be unsubscribed from the recruitment email sent by *********************. The emails keep coming.In addition, the email doesn't contain an unsubscribe button to do this automatically.This company abuses my email.Remove my name from this list!

      I am transferring from a dialysis clinic in *******,** to a Davita clinic in *******, **. I have missed multiple medical care because Davita will not run my ********* My insurance is in network, because I double check. Davita had an old insurance which is the **************** I have called literally 5 times and gave them my ******** information. Ive been told 5 times that they have corrected my insurance information. And they still havent updated my insurance which is causing me to miss treatment. They do not want to run the ******** because Cigna pays more money. Even though THEY DO ACCEPT ********* they wont change my information and I am getting sicker without treatment. I feel as though I am discriminated against because of race which is black American. It is medical neglect because they said they would fix the problem and its been two weeks with no resolution and only thing they have to do is change the insurance information which is in the medical records they received.

      I paid an invoice to Davita from July '23 for $650.00. The invoice was not itemized. I then received EOB from insurance company that showed all charges to Davita had been covered and I had no co payment or out of pocket expenses due to Davita. I cannot count the number of emails, phone calls that I have had with the company. The earliest email that I can find is showing Aug '23. There is a number of emails and phone calls since then. My husband then tried on my behalf and he received a response that it would be looked into in the next 30 days. He reminded them that we had been told this several times and it's been since July '23.

      Hi I am a patient of 3 years of DaVita Dialysis. The center facility is located at: *********************************************************************************. This facility is non sanitary in very disrespectful staff that are none as Charge nurses and techs. I have a list of names if its needed to be provided. I have met with the facility administrator who is NO GOOD in the social worker! No changes has been made to date! Honestly the entire staff in the corrupt facility should BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY! I HAVE REACHED OUT TO CORPORATE ON NUMEROUS OF TIMES IN NO HAS YET TO CONTACT ME BACK TO DATE June 10, 2023. These issues begun way back in 2021- to date and on May 23, 2023 the issues has GOTTEN EQUALLY AS WORSE! I am REQUESTING AN APOLOGY IN FOR CORPORATE OFFICIALS TO CONTACT ME ASAP! This is totally unacceptable in a change must happen ASAP! These issues of unsanitary in disrespect from employees here are bizarre in I honestly cant believe nothing has been remedied to date! I am also desperately asking that my facility be relocated asap! I will be contacting a civil lawsuit attorney on this upcoming week as well!
