I enlisted summit wealth's help to manage retirement funds I have saved my whole life and invested in an annuity this was in the fall of 2022 since then I have given them a chance to make money but they have only lost money I let them know I would like to take back control of my savings and invest on my own it seems they just laughed at me and said good luck without giving me any help to back on my own

I recently had a review meeting with ***********************, the client who filed a BBB complaint. During the meeting, we reviewed all of his concerns regarding his Annuity and Investment holdings. First, we did a review of his nationwide Annuity and it was actually performing better than was projected on the illustration and had a nice positive return, not a loss that **** stated in his complaint. I explained to him how the stock markets worked and went through the different aspects of his annuity and his entire investment portfolio. After our conversation, **** realized that he had made a misjudgment on the complaint, in regard to his holdings and how they were actually performing. His portfolios are doing exactly what they're designed to do. There are many variables when comparing investment portfolios' including Risk vs. reward, timeframes, etc., that were not taken into consideration by ****. At the end of the meeting with ****, I asked him if I had addressed all of his concerns, based on the initial complementary financial plan and his goals. Also, I asked him if he might have made a misstatement in filing the complaint to the BBB. He said yes! I send out a monthly Market Update video to all my Investment clients and offer a complementary review meeting each month, to clarify anything that might not be understood with their investments or planning.
