            This company sold ** an item of such poor quality that they removed it from their website (refer to their ****** response to the most resent review). We have been trying to get answers since December on a persistent odor coming from the couch and they have stopped responding even though we keep reaching out to follow up. They are literally ignoring our questions and we dont feel we should be charged full price for this item after what we went through with the end result being a poor quality couch with a persistent odor that we arent sure is even safe.

            ************, the contact person for a manufacturer, failed to send me *** tracking information when he received an invoice from the manufacturer. The manufacturer informed me that my order would be shipping on June 1st, ten days prior to the shipping date. On Friday, June 2nd I emailed the store requesting a shipping date. The next day on Saturday, June 2nd, I got a reply from **** saying my order would take between 3 and 5 weeks. On the same day, I got a call and email from a neighbor saying he has my package from the manufacturer delivered by *** at the wrong address. The bottom line: ************ failed to email me with tracking information before the delivery date. I never get any reply from **** about why I did not receive the tracking information from him in the first place.

            *****, we are very sorry that we were unable to get you tracking information in a timely manner.  This product was custom made to order by the manufacturer and unfortunately, we did not receive tracking information from them.  We had no way to know that it had shipped or we would have relayed that information to you.  We always strive to provide tracking numbers in a timely manner, but in the current world's frenzied pace, sometimes mistakes are made.  We are sorry for your inconvenience, but would like to point out that you did receive your product in good shape regardless of the missing tracking information (albeit one day late).  Sometimes it is the important things that matter!
