  Had a sales person that gave good information and everything he said was followed through. The installers were very knowledgeable and kept us posted on progress. They cleaned up and made the whole experience a pleasure. What wonderful windows. It is a joy to look outside now. Would recommend this company to anyone who needs windows replaced.

  The new siding looks amazing! The old siding was peeling and had water damage. They did a great job making these areas beautiful again.

  Absolutely horrible company to do business with. The installers were great, it's the sales people *** and the *************** that are the problem. Had windows installed on august 27th and have not finished yet ( by that I mean corrected the flaws). *** guatanteed me that the new windows would accomodate my window unit and function just like the old window did. Well fast forward to installation day and the window does not raise up enough to get the window unit in like it is suppose to be. I call precision talk with *************** about it a few times and tell him the situation and he tells me how to take the glass out. I explain to *************** that if I have to take the glass all the way out it defeats the purpose of having a new window because the glass helps hold the unit in the window. ***** the vp was trying to sound slick and say that the unit fits if I take the glass out and that is no longer their problem. I then again have to explain to ***** the vp that is not how it works with a window unit. He then directs me to *** and we actually figure something out between us but the problem is I haven't been told what the solution is. Very poor communication skills on their part and would not recommend them to anybody. Have not heard from *** since sept. 9th when he told me he has a solution. I tried to ask what the solution was and he responds with he is working on it. I also have a cracked piece of glass and bent frame in my living room that I am also still waiting on to be fixed from the same install date.

  I had my home windows installed last may. I've been stressed since the day I realized the windows I got were not like the ones I was shown in presentation. My windows do not block the light and heat from the sun, not energy efficient, hard to open and one of them has a hump. (Cracks when closing). I have contacted ************* at Precision even though he knows of all the issues I have has not given me a solution to my problem. I suggest to him that I would take a 30 % discount off the total price of the windows instead of replacing them. Still wating on his response. I have sent him the copies of valid documents , still waiting on his response.

  The sales people will tell you anything to get your business but even when ********************* tells you he is sending out 'his best installation crew', you will get men who are very unprofessional (lots of cussing at each other) and they leave a huge mess when they are gone. They were supposed to install solid colored vinyl louvered vents (no fading or painting ever) but instead they tried to pull one over on me and painted the white vinyl with brown paint and a few months later, the paint starts to peel. **** in the ************* office ordered the correct brown vinyl but again when they send out a man to install, he puts one of them in upside-down so it actually causes rain to pour into the garage above the electric panel box. I call him a few days later when I notice it; he said he'd be there in two days but didn't show up. He didn't respond for a few more days to my calls & text; said he'd be there the following Friday but again NO SHOW and NO Call. I call their office in *************, speak to **** and he sends me to a supervisor's voicemail. With all the rain we've had lately, there may be damage from their mistake and of course, each heavy rain brings more of the nails and scraps they left in the yard into the driveway so I have to pickup more nails. Riding mower now has had 3 flats thanks to their poor job of cleaning up their mess. I used Renewal by ******** for my windows and they put out tarps and left the property perfect. Precision Siding put NO tarps out and refused to clean up the nails & sharp ***************************** even after I called for them to come back. PLEASE do NOT choose this company for your work - You will be dissapointed.
