      I have been trying to review my doctors and have ongoing problems with Healthgrades.They encourage you to be proactive but you can't be proactive when they have all kind of glitches going on in their system. I just tried to review another one of my doctors, Dr. ***** **** and I got a confirmation email to confirm my review but no matter how many times I tried I am unable to do so. Even when I do have reviews that have been submitted, it takes forever for them to post the reviews. Also, they are very difficult to get in touch with. I'm trying to upload a screenshot showing that I can't get through to confirm my review but I'm not sure if the screenshot shows anything on your end.

      healthgrades deleted my profile. It had 309 patient verified reviews on it. these were authentic reviews from three different states where I worked past 3 years. Most patients even left their names. Why has my page been removed? I have a clean medical record as well. US board certified and clean NPDB profile.

      This is in reference to a false review for *********** ***********, **. Healthgrades is a company that takes doctors public information and then allows people to leave reviews with explanations. They do not give doctors the option as to whether they would like to participate or not. While they state that they verify that all the information in reviews are true and verified, they actually do not. They allow patients to go online and personally attack doctors without verifying if these allegations are true. It is a doctors job to be honest with their patients and notify them if surgical procedures are too high risk. In this case, the patient did not like my honest and accurate evaluation and decided to go online and not only lie about the visit, but also try to make me appear like I am a monster. I notified health grades twice that this review was not only false but was completely inappropriate. They did not respond to either one of these complaints. This company has nonexistent customer service. Their solution is for doctors to reply to these patients online which is actually a violation of the patients rights. We cannot speak about any of their medical issues as this is private information. It is also inappropriate for a doctor to go on a public forum and argue with patients . The explanation that this patient left online is completely not true from start to finish. According to health grades, they verify that all of this information is true, and unfortunately, they have not verified even one piece of this as they cannot. Another one of their solutions is for doctors to steer patients to their website, which would increase their traffic. A patient comes to a doctor for a professional opinion. It is inappropriate for doctors to ask patients to go online and leave them good reviews. This is not how a true professional behaves. If doctors steer patients to this companys website the more money they make. This is the second complaint I filed

      I posted a review a few years ago that I was attempting to delete. Then I posted two more reviews that I want to delete. Healthgrades says you can register an account with them and delete your own reviews once you register. I did this, and deleted my reviews and then refreshed and they were still there. I CANNOT delete my reviews from this website. And there is NO one to contact, no number, email, chat, anything about this website to contact anyone to fix this.

      I have emailed ****************************** to remove me from the directory. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I do not want to be in the directory for ******************************. Also the website has published a false review about me on the directory. I emailed them in August 2024 to remove me and the false negative review and ****************************** REFUSES to remove false information and fake information about me. The client NEVER saw me and I asked nicely to have the review and myself removed. I don't pay them I don't want a refund I do not think they have a right to keep me in the directory with a negative review when I have asked nicely several times to be removed. I do not wan the website publishing false and inaccurate information about me. REMOVE MY NAME AND MY BUSINESS FROM ************************** AND THE FALSE AND FAKE NEGATIVE REVIEW

      I am rejecting this response because: I have asked this website SEVERAL times to be removed from the directory entirely.  I feel very violated that this website did not honor my SEVERAL requests to be removed entirely.  Please ask this dishonorable company to remove me from their website.  I have been on this website too long and have NEVER had a referral because they spent five years ruining my reputation.  They left the bad review on there for FIVE years.  I want to be removed from the website.

      This business Healthgrades does not provide accurate information about a provider.  Simply saying I have a public record does not make you entitled to taking my name as one of your providers to list.  That is unfair.  I spent years fighting Healthgrades to take down the negative review from a person WHO NEVER CAME TO MY OFFICE A PERSON WHO NEVER SAW ME.  I explained to Healthgrades I don't want to be associated with your website or listing.  Healthgrades is unlawful lying using my name on their website.  I'm sure the laws will improve over the years for a smaller solo practitioner to enforce the rule.  Right now I will thank the Better Business Bureau for holding Healthgrades accountable.  Healthgrades should do the right thing and take my name and picture off of their website.  I don't have the time or money to spend on an SCO to help me not have websites like your steal my name likeness and image.  One last attempt to do the right thing for Healthgrades.  Better Business Bureau you are awesome!!

And threatens my employment. Do your research . i am a pathologist. I DO NOT see patients.Your company has supposed guidelines, and apparently does not follow them. Remove this fraudulent review and rating immediately.

      Healthgrades is posting inaccurate and defamatory information about me. I have tried the options for resolution. However, Healthgrades has not provided any response to my request. I provide assessments of government and military personnel with high levels of clearance. These assessments are of people with mental health conditions/disabilities. I cannot reply to concerns because of confidentiality. Healthgrades' recommendation to ask my clientele to write positive reviews to help my "score" could be seen as an offer to give a biased assessment in exchange for improving my score, which is clearly unethical.

      Someone is harassing me and potentially taking over my accounts on both sharecare and healthgrades. The verification process for these sites uses a license number which is publicly available allowing anyone to take over a healthcare provider's account. This person then left a review on my profile despite never being a patient.

      I have tried contacting Healthgrades multiple times with lack of response to my communication. I am requesting removal of a defamatory, misleading, and deceptive review from 2/9/24. I have documentation from patient advocate that suggests the family had two complaints. (1) The patient was paired with another patient in a shared room. Pairing of patients and bed assignments is a nursing task. (2) Regarding a scan that they were unaware of (which they found out about through insurance). The scan occurred the day after birth, four weeks before I came on service. I cant speak to what conversation happened (or didnt happen) with the family. These two complaints were documented multiple times throughout their stay. During my two-week service block, I happened to be the physician on service when their child got paired with another patient (due to census) and parents found out about the scan that occurred four weeks prior that had not been addressed. Neither of these issues involved me directly and neither speak to my abilities as a physician or my medical knowledge as the review suggests. Their review suggests that I lie to my patients and that my medical advice is not trustworthy. This is false and most importantly, their slandering accusations could hurt the relationships that I have with families moving forward, an important aspect in the care that I provide. Further, the review attacks my character and is damaging.I am also requesting that my review section on my profile be deactivated given the sensitive and ethical nature of my work. I work in inner-city hospitals with vulnerable patients in high-risk social situations involving mental health, domestic violence, substance use, ethical issues, and other sensitive topics. In my specialty, families do not choose their neonatologist thus online reviews about me are not helpful. Further, they could be very damaging if a family researches who is taking care of their child and finds misleading reviews.

      I'm a Psychotherapist that practices in ******* IL. My problem has to do with a fabricated review of my services dated 2/23/23. The review was scathing and has damaged my business and financial income. The review was related to couples counseling. I was made aware of this review recently from a client who had left me an outstanding review (as others have as well). I was stunned and horrified after I read it. It is completely fabricated because I was not practicing when the date of the review was posted. I've contacted Healthgrades twice and they refuse to delete it from their site. They said that they didn't have the power to, which is not believable. I am not seeking any financial compensation. I just want the review to be removed because it has damaged my reputation and professional standing in the community. I don't know what to do. I've lost business due to this slander.
