1 starABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!!!! DO NOT HIRE THESE CRIMINALS!!!! 7 months and $10,000 for nothing more than a demand letter that lead nowhere. Then they discouraged me from continuing the case on the basis that they cost too much and I would end up losing money. I already lost money hiring these criminals. Per the recommendation of another lawyer, I have reported this firm to the ******** Supreme Court to start an investigation. If you have hired this firm before, I would suggest you do the same.Review fromAvery B

Worst law firms in Colorado . scam artists including their client relations manager who is definitely not there to help clients resolve disputes but to scam the client along with the attorneys . *********************** and ************************* are both dishonest attorneys . My free consultation I had with ******************* in June 2023, seemed he understood my is*** with my case ,lied to me stating the demand stages would be skipped since I had already hired a previous attorney to handle it and had no luck with opposing party and after telling ***** my concern with attorney charging me $10 k to move forward of which I thought was a lot.***** failed to mention hiring this firm would cost more then 10 k. I have paid this law firm over 10 k and for unnecessary and fraudulent charges .*********************** claiming to have been communicating with opposing counsel when there was no opposing counsel . His response when confronted about it was I made a typo error yet I was not credited back any money for his typoonce I disputed it with *****, she called me after two days of my complaint and informed me my case was being closed and no money would be returned . After 5 months and around 2 k a week charged for supposed work done on my case, it still NEVER even got filed. I was paying for *********************** lack of knowledge as ALL charges involved communication amongst other attorneys within office how to write up my complaint . He is incompetent and could not understand my case. Then when asked when my case was being filed, There were 3 family emergencies used as ***** tactics and billed for *********************** automated email responses informing me of his supposed family emergencies then told the legal team decided all the invoices were correctly charged but they would not move forward on my case because i wasnt willing to pay them more money then what I was trying to *** the opposing party for. Terrible law firm and crooked attorneys They rob you, youll be the next victim leaving a horrible review! !Robinson & Henry, PC

Hiring this firm was the worst and most expensive mistake I have ever made. After my initial consultation, I was assigned an attorney who seemed to be relatively new to the *** court process. She later told me flat out that she was very unfamiliar with ***s in Douglas County. I was pulled over for a traffic infraction (no accident involved), and given a ***. At my initial appearance, I was told what the maximum sentence could be and she told me that was only used in extreme cases and my sentence would likely be less. I went to court for 8 months and the breakdown of every bill just involved reading emails from the *** sending emails to me about how I am doing on pretrial supervision, sending emails to the ** to see if they got the report from ******************* and other shuffling paperwork tasks that did not contribute to my defense. I explained that I was being charged with a third *** when this is my second and she refused to pursue this with the court. I was also charged quite a lot for an additional court appearance because the court did not have paperwork that was supposed to be aware of. I did everything that she recommended on pretrial supervision and passed all of my UAs. When all was said and done, the sentence I received was the worst case scenario. I feel very cheated.Robinson & Henry, PC

By far the WORST law firm! They build you up with their initial consultation; an award winning strategic plan of action for your lawsuit to prevail. *************************** was our attorney; she never returned calls/emails she left us on ignore. When we received our bill she billed all our money for review of other partys documents and communication with opposing partys counsel. Yet, we never received any documents to review from the other side! When asked her response was that her plan of action was to get the other she to quickly and in the event her strategy didnt work she was going to send us the documents to review and see how we wanted to proceed, but we would need to send more more to keep our case going. She missed court deadlines and didnt not tell us. Shes an unethical attorney! We finally retained counsel who is actually providing the legal service they agreed to. Robinson and Henry is another lawsuit in the making.Robinson & Henry, PC

Based on the information provided this is not a client of Robinson & Henry. Further, we could not find the email **************************** and the zip code does not match. The closest name match we could find is a current client with a different attorney and an ongoing case.
In light of our investigation, our conclusion is that this may be an opposing party attempting to negatively impact our business, or a person that filed their review against the wrong business. Feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss further.Review fromSteve D

1 starVctor V. Yeappp!! Well I came here to try and advise some ppl out there thinking of hiring them and NOT do it bcuz they will make you represent your self make you pay 3k just for them go and sit next to you , lose your case, and on top of that u will be owing them all kinds of money just for answering you an emails bcuz calls are doble the prices almost 7k down the f.. drain, thats just the minimum to not make it any longer but yeah DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!! Worse thing u will do I promise. 2% every month if u dont pay and 25% a year on fees, watch out!Zero Stars from Me.Review fromRichard R

1 starIt began with me signing and paying my retainer, then being told the next day that the person who would be my lawyer was "not available", and would not be back for another week. This left the the paralegal and another attorney to fill in, charging me to review my evidence (of which I had a lot), and to read my initial emails, for which I was again billed an additional 2k to for them to update my lawyer when he did eventually "become available" Had I known this, I would have waited a week, until my lawyer was present. As for orders, , motions, agreements, etc., only one was submitted by my attorney, on my behalf, and it was for something that I had not even decided on for sure -The one proposal I asked my attorney to submit was never submitted. I had no say in any of them, which resulted in everything being stipulated by her client, with the temporary orders being granted by a judge who personally knew the opposing lawyer. I did not receive documents and orders after court hearings until 10+ days after the hearing, leaving me just 3 days to appeal or make adjustments, yet I was billed for my attorney and opposing counsel reviewing them, having discussions about them, and making changes to them that the other party requested. I repeatedly voiced how EXTREMELY unhappy I was with my representation, and with how my case was being handled. 90% of my complaints and concerns were ignored or brushed over, yet I was billed excessively for multiple people in their office to read about them. The outcome now is looking like I may have to pay close to 1k a month in child support, with 50/50 custody, (was fighting for 80/20), and I have a bill of 12k from R&H, on top of what I already paid them - for absolutely nothing. The only thing I got in return from *********************************************** was misrepresentation, misinformation, misleading promises on what they could and would do for me, multiple invoices totaling tens of thousand of dollars, HUGE debt, and overall disappointment.Review fromDavid B

2 starsGet ready for Mafia style collections with intimidation tactics and confrontational accounting department. We received a call from the *********************************************** accounting department from ******************* which we thought was 1 day after we received our bill. Turns out we missed the first email and it was 9 days after we received our bill with an ongoing case. The message left on my phone was very confrontational about why we haven't paid yet. After I listened to the message I called my wife and found out ***** had also called her and left the call saying " So we are on the same page" . I do not feel that 9 days after receiving the bill is late. ***** was also unaware that the company had released our first attorney with no phone call to us, just an email, and we had to start over from scratch with a new attorney. This made the List of Demands that was supposed to be ready late from when it was supposed to be delivered. It didn't appear to matter to ***** that we may need a minute to look over our bill to make sure everything was correct. Our second call from ***** was 3 days after we received our next bill. He called from a blocked number and asked, " So, how do you want to pay. I'm pretty sure that 3 days is not late. Thanks *******************. I hope that someone will return the favor and treat your family with the same intimidation tactics and confrontational methods that you used on my family.
