    BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning service and payment issues. Specifically, consumers are alleging that they take surveys but do not receive the promised rewards and when they contact the business regarding this, the business promises to release the rewards for eligible consumers but then does not follow through. On 4/18/2019, BBB submitted a written request to the company encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints.

    On 4/23/2019, the business provided a response outlining the steps they are planning to take to alleviate this pattern of complaints. This action plan consisted of eliminating the concept of pending rewards and will instead work towards issuing rewards to consumers account as soon the member completes the survey.

      I completed a series of surveys for this company. In order to receive a payout, you must reach the $25 threshold. I did meet the required $25 on October 22nd. I received the following email from them.Congratulations! Your ProductReportCard payment request has been approved. You will receive an email with an Amazon gift code in the amount of $25.00 to the email listed below.Your email: ********************** You should receive an email with your Amazon gift code within 1 business day.We hope you are enjoying being an active member of our research panel and look forward to your continued participation.Sincerely, The Product Report Card Team As of Today, 11/02/2021, I haven't received my Amazon Code, nor have a received a response to the 3 emails that I have sent them regarding this matter. Please help me get this code, and then I will no longer use this company to earn extra cash, or gift cards.Thank you,*********************** ************ ********************** ***********************************************

      I have been a survey taker with Product Report Card for several years now. I have gotten up to $45.00 in my account at this time. I was trying to grow it for Christmas presents for my grandchildren. Now I can't seem to find them to get onto their site, If they are closing down their site, (although I really like them), I will understand. Sometimes you have to do stuff you don't want to. But I think that they should pay me the $45. It is my money after all. Can you help me with this?

      Nothing but SCAMS, after I completed a follow up study I was not getting surveys anymore and now I cannot log in! I have money still in there too and they never did respond to my email either, thanks for scamming me.

      You are supposed to be able to get your gift card once you reach $25. Well, I passed the $25 ****. I requested my gift card and they said it would take up to 3 days and it would be available. It's been about 2 weeks and multiple emails with no response. Pathetic.

      I started doing surveys online for a extra few dollars . I'm 73 so there are not a lot of job opportunities. To redeem your points you have to have 25.00 dollars . I did all these on the same tablet . I got to 18+ dollars and they started sending me two surveys only over and over . Same two . Saying they had to be done on computer. I was curious as I had done all the others on the tablet . I have emailed them several times and I guess they think it funny because they only send the same two surveys back . No explanation ,no apology. I realize it's silly complaining about surveys but if you have ever taken one you would realize the work that went into getting to that 18 dollars . Nichols and dimes at a time . Now I think it was just a scam to get a free amount of surveys turned in and then right before you can redeem payout you get cut off . I just want other people to not get involved with this company and let them know I am on to their game

      I am a member of productreportcard.com, at least I thought I was until I tried to sign into my account. I keep being told that my email address and/or password is incorrect, which is not the case. I made several requests for a link to set a new password, and I have also emailed them twice, only to not hear from them at all. This company owes me $17.25 in compensation, which since I can't get them to respond, I guess I'll never receive. I believe my account is suddenly "closed" due to my getting close to the "$25 payout" amount requirement, which is a very unethical practice.

      My account on product report card randomly was locked out saying my password was incorrect even though I never changed it. Never received the forgot password link after requested it numerous times. I am being blocked from earned money I have on my account because I cannot get into it and they are not helping.
