    BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning service and payment issues. Specifically, consumers are alleging that they take surveys but do not receive the promised rewards and when they contact the business regarding this, the business promises to release the rewards for eligible consumers but then does not follow through. On 4/18/2019, BBB submitted a written request to the company encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints.

    On 4/23/2019, the business provided a response outlining the steps they are planning to take to alleviate this pattern of complaints. This action plan consisted of eliminating the concept of pending rewards and will instead work towards issuing rewards to consumers account as soon the member completes the survey.

      Product Report Card sent me invitation to participate in baby wipes study with 6 phases where I had to spend my own money buying the products and would get rewarded $50 including the purchase prices of products. Project reference number is ****** I was at phase 4 when the link they sent me was broken. I was advised by the link that this was problem on the survey end and i needed to refresh my browser or try again with different browser. None of them works.I tried to contact them and never get any response. It is unacceptable that the problem is on their end but they dont want to fix it or response to participants.This is not the first time it happened to me where survey link is broken but instead of sending new link, they just kicked participants out. Support never responses to inquiries. However, this time, i had to spend my own money to buy product and ONLY get reimbursed and rewarded promised amount once completed all 6 phases. I cant return the product to the store because its used according to survey instruction.

      Today I checked my account (*********************, ******************* and noticed that my account went from $50 and some cents to $30 and some cents. Not sure what happened by I'm guessing I waited too long to cash in my credit, I didn't know this was a thing and that there is a limited time to cash in. If this is the case, and I'm not sure it is, I feel you should get a warning that your credit is about to expire.

      I have been using this company for a few years now. I have done surveys and home testing of products. Never had an issue and have earned money and Amazon gift cards. Recently there was a few issues with a payment for the correct amount for a home test. I disagreed and complained and it was fixed. Ever since then I haven't gotten as many of any surveys and when I do I don't even get to answer the pre qualification questions as it just says I'm not qualified. Also I did a home stude and was waiting for the link to do the follow up questions. Never got it and I have emailed them many times. I feel that the person who I complained to about the wrong payment has done something to my account. They don't respond and I've emailed like 50 times . I'm pretty sure the same person gets the emails and they aren't responding. It's very UNPROFESSIONAL to stop my account and not to respond because they were called out on being wrong. Now I missed the follow up for the home test and I'm about 45 cents to cash out my Amazon card and yet I can't because not sending me any surveys.. I want my money for missed home test and my Amazon card!! I don't recommend this company to people as they just cut off your account because they are mad at being called out for being wrong!!

      march's 28 i requested my 25$ payment on the page, i got the 3 day we will pay you email and until today 4th of april i haven't received a single more email from them, i even lose access to my account, it says i am putting wrong info but how could i put wrong info if i was accessing everyday until they block me last wednesday, march's 30, they didn't gave me any info on why and i haven't received my 25$ payment, i even try to contact them from the page to know why i can't even access to my account but they haven't respond

      I have been taking surveys and in home product test from them for a year or so. In October 2021 I agreed to in home test a product for ***** upon completion along with **** for one beginning and one final survey. I took the first survey, finished testing the product roughly the third week of November 2021 and attempted to take the final survey at the end of November but it was corrupted so they reissued it on December 7th and I completed it. I did receive the compensation for the two surveys but never have received the ten dollar stipend for testing the product. I wrote them on Dec 7th when it was not applied to my account and was told I would only get **** (which is wrong because the woman was subtracting **** from the final survey) in a few weeks. To make a long story short I have over 5 emails in the last few months inquiring about it and each time the same woman replied it would take another 4-6 weeks. I finally wrote an email about the second week of February ******************************************************************************** my account and no one has replied to me since. I did contact the company who sent the product but they could not help as they are not the ones who allot the stipend. At this point it has been three months since I finished the testing of the product, and almost three months since I completed the final survey and to reiterate, there is no stipend nor any further communication from them. Since they haven't done anything I need moderation to get them to act ethically. P.S. I have saved every email they replied to saying another 4-6 weeks, etc. in case anyone wants to review them.

      I have reached out to Productreportcard.com through emails and through their customer service form, but have not heard back. Project #****** Jan. *****, 2022 - each day I would click on this follow-up survey to an in-home product test I did. I could never get past the third question and would keep getting an error message, then on the 16th, I was kicked out of the survey and given .10 saying I didnt qualify. I had received a product and had been using it for the trial period but was not given an opportunity to complete the follow-up survey and get the promised incentive. Project # ****** January 18, 2022 - completed the seven-day beverage survey project. Never received promised incentive. Project # ****** February 4, 2022 - clicked on this follow-up survey regarding a product I had been sent and had used. Got kicked out of follow-up survey and was given .10 saying I didnt qualify. Didnt get a chance to complete this follow-up survey and get promised incentive.

      I have done multiple survey for this company and when you start getting close to $25 to redeem they send you surveys ask multiple questions just to say you don't qualify and give you .10 . Yet they have already asked multiple questions and had you answer all their questions. I have had them ask me about products I buy and after I give my input then they say I don't qualify and give the minimum .10 cents. This is a scam because you got the information yet we don't get the money offered. And every email I get about a survey says it is no longer available.

      I have been attempting to take surveys on ProductReportCard.com and I am not very successful. Towards the end of most of the surveys, it kicks me off and tells me that I dont qualify. Even ******* surveys, which do not ever tell you that you do not qualify. I will spend 10 minutes on a survey or more and it will pop up and say I dont qualify at the end and they credit my website account 10 cents. I believe that the company is actually using the answers to my surveys and collecting the entire reward offered by the companies who use their services. I believe that they are conducting fraudulent business practices against people like myself who are just trying to make an extra effort to make a little money. I am sure that I am not the only member of this website who feels the same. I use other survey websites and they do not practice these tactics. I am very disappointed and disgusted at wasting my time for a couple of years on this website. Its really pathetic. I am cognitively disabled and I feel like this company is just another that preys upon people like me.
