    I was called and emailed multiple times to funnel me into a $129 certification. I made it clear that my card registration was good through 2026 but my certification expired. I was told that would be fine, gave me a video appt an hour later. Then I get an email saying congratulations on approval. And I email back to ask about how the renewal works since I'm already registered. Well now that I've already emptied my spending account, I'm being told I need to contact my original provider. I sent multiple emails ask wtf was going on and haven't received anything

    On March 19, 2025, I signed up for a telehealth appointment with Dr. **** to renew my medical cannabis card in ********. Immediately, I received a call to take my money and set up the time for the appointment. Note that the company was eager to have my credit card to charge me for the visit, which was fine. As soon as I finished my call, I received an email stating I was only minutes away from processing the renewal. However, they were not as timely when it came to sending my certification to the state, which was the Doctor's responsibility. I waited patiently for five days. Then I started contacting the office to find out why my certification had not been received by the state. I spent all day Monday, March 24, and all day Tuesday, March 25, corresponding with the Doctor's assistants before the certification was uploaded. And then this morning, Thursday, March 27, I woke up to an email from the state saying the Doctor has revoked my certification.

    I was charged $129 to speak to a doctor claiming he would approve me to get ny medical card in va. He claimed to have submitted my information and his approval to the board my the end of the day, i checked 3 days later and he never submitted it.

    *** paid for a service (recerification) that was not delivered. I have been unable to use local dispensaries as promised, and attempts to resolve this have been unsuccessful. The provided contact information is non-functional, and Ive been forced to travel out of state for my needs. Was charged $120 for this service to get the proper documentation, which has never been received since April 2024, when I was re-certified.

    I paid for an appointment and a prescription from Dr ** **** (impersonating a doctor?) After a phone consult, not a video, he said it wasn't working on his end) I was told I qualified for Compassionate Use in ***** and my prescription would be posted to the registry. When I found it hadn't been I tried calling, no response to over a dozen calls and messages left.I checked the BBB site and realized I've been scammed. Please help. I am 78, a PTSD sufferer and confined to a wheelchair.I never cheat anyone. But the world is certainly set up for scam artists to fleece me.

    I am being harrassed by Veriheal Inc to purchase their services. ****** ****** emailed me on 7/23/24, 8/7/24, and 8/22/24. I received an email from veriheal on 8/12/24 and on 8/24/24. These were all to solicit services. I have replied telling them I was not interested but the emails kept coming. I told them I was being harrassed at this point. I was told in en email sent from veriheal aka *** on 8/24/24 I would be removed from their mailing list. This was a lie. I received advertisements from this company on 9/3/24 and 10/4/24. I received an email from ****** on 10/8/24 soliciting to purchase their services. I replied that I would be reporting this company to the priper authorities for harassment. They will not leave me alone and lied that I was removed from their list. I made attempts to remove myself but it was impossible.

    A few days prior to July 11, 2020 I paid Veriheal $179.00 and was told that if I did not receive my medical marijuana card I would be refunded my money . For reasons I do not understand I didn't receive my card , and almost 4 years later I still have not received my refund . I made a few calls in the weeks after I found out I didn't receive my card and the customer service agent told me there was no refunds even tho the website claims they do in fact refund if you do not get the medical card . I called them last night and was told to create a PayPal and that I would receive a refund in 3 -4 business days but after doing some research I discovered it does not take more than a few hours to send a refund to PayPal and I am coming to the conclusion I was lied to by the customer service agent over the phone . I hope they come through but after 4 years I shouldn't have to wait even longer for a refund that should have been processed years ago

It appears that you were not able to make it to your appointment considering that it's still in waiting status. Based on the Terms and Conditions, a refund can only be possible if you were denied by the doctor for whatever reason or if you have requested to cancel prior to the time of appointment (please see attached screenshot of our FAQs). Nevertheless, we have gone ahead and issued a refund which was sent via PayPal.

    This is a scam business that fails to provide the product it offers. Furthermore, it is impossible to reach anyone to resolve issues. I paid $199 for a med marijuana recommendation and never received it. After calling and emailing to try to get either the recommendation or a refund, the agent refused to do anything but say they couldn't help.

    I was charged $129.00 which I agreed to, then was charged an additional $149.00 that I was told would be refunded but never was. I also have not received what I paid for.
