      I finally got up to the $20 threshold and was exited to withdraw my money. But in order to do so I had to validate the account. I tried to complete the process but could not validate my email. It turned out that because I used my apple password to sign into the account the email they had on file was my appleid relay email which I do not have access to and therefore could not validate. Frustrated, I updated my email with my actual email just so I could withdraw the money. When I did that ibotta reset my account to zero and defaulted my entire account as if I had just started on the app. I tried to reach out via the ******** bot they have on the app and it was useless. I ended up submitting a ticket to customer support days ago and have yet to hear from them. There is no telephone number for customer support!

      I have purchased multiple items and never got my cash back even after me resubmitting a ticket sending photos of reciept and items I also scanned items to make sure they were eligible ! This had happened multiple times and would not have purchased these items if I knew I would be going though so much ! Company is a sham

      An update in July 2024 logged me out of the app. I have not been able to log in ever since. I get an Oops something went wrong page, if I can even get to the login page at all. Trying to get to the email customer service option is a pain, and Ive had to email multiple times. The first time, I was sent the basic troubleshooting to clear my cache and cookies. Then I was told that my account was deactivated because I had two accounts, I do not. I was told to create a new account. I was also told that I told Ibotta to delete my data, and to create a new account.I have created two new accounts and I still cannot get past the login option if I can reach it at all. I have tried different devices, different emails, different internet connections. Ive deleted and downloaded the app over and over. It has been over 2.5 weeks and I cant log in with any account. I had money on my account from a diaper purchase I made at *******. But my account was closed and Ive been dealing WITH THIS MESS ever since, my cash I earned vanished. All I get from customer service is the same auto-email that my account has been deactivated and to sign up again, and they cant do anything to recover a deactivated account. Im losing my mind over this, I did NOTHING WRONG.

      Ibotta is not processing rebates correctly especially during July 2024 as is shown by recent complaints to BBB. I had done an online grocery pickup order with ******* on July 24th and picked up on morning of July 25th. I did the order through my linked ibotta app on my android phone. This order was never processed by ibotta and when I contacted them they are refusing to give me my rebates even though I gave them all required documentation. This is so frustrating for a senior citizen like myself who relies on promised rebates to afford my groceries.

      This use to be my favorite shopping app. Lately it has been quite horrible. offers that you purchase items for are not showing up when you go to submit your receipt. but the latest thing I did was a purchase with best buy through the app for % cash back. I did everything the way i was supposed to clicked on the shop link made sure my item qualified for offer made the purchase picked up the same day. I have screenshot where Ibotta said they received my order. It has been almost three weeks now and I have submitted three messages with all required photos through their help page with absolutely no response and now when i try to go to the help page it just shows loading and will not load. I have tried this through multiple different computers/phones. What is going on Ibotta???

      Email account is not recognized and can't connect to any help without it. You click on submit a request and it doesn't lead you anywhere. Been trying to find a way to get incontact with customer support with absolutely no luck. Not worth the time and effort.

      They do not want to honor cashback receipts over a few dollars. I posted a ******* receipt for $11.25 cashback over a week ago and it still says pending. I contacted customer care and they asked for a picture of the receipt and a list of the cashback items on it which I provided along with a picture of all of the items on my kitchen counter,some slightly used such as hand soap. Now they ask for screenshots of the offers which they know I can not provide because they expired and are no longer there. Many offers are only there fir a day or two. I followed every rule to the letter and have responded to every email with anything they asked for but their determined not to pay. Ibotta is dishonest and I seriously doubt I'm the first person who has encountered this problem. I will not use them anymore. If someone does use this app be cautious.

      Saw that Ibotta had bogo offer for ***** frozen chicken nuggets, patties or tenders for $6.46 back. I added the offer to the Ibotta list then went to food lion and scanned both items and they came back as valid items that match the bogo offer. Made sure my rewards number was linked in app so I wouldn't have any issues getting cash back. Made the purchase for a little over $12 and now it's been over 48 hours and no cash back. Submitted ticket with receipt proof and for email back talking about referral money which is not what I submitted a ticket for.

      They used to be good now they offers arent something theyre just trying to **** off on people to buy because nobody wants it. In addition, half of the things you use offers on never show up and you never get it in your account. I frequently shop **** and ******* through the Ibotta app and at least half of the time the valid purchases never show up. The app used to be good now it is horrible. And its impossible to get help because they send you to their AI, which doesnt understand anything and cannot help with anything and they do that on purpose so that you will give up and they dont have to deal with you. Give it two stars because it occasionally works, and it used to be good, but that memory is fading fast

      Im sick of their false claims. They offered a BOGO offer. You get the item free when you buy two. I even scanned the item to make sure it was a match before purchase. Good to go. Then I bought the items and when I submitted the receipt, no cash back. I emailed them and they said it wasnt a match even though again, I scanned it and it says it does match. They advertise high price rebates but then dont want to pay the money. Just awful.
