    I had my civic serviced and the tech broke my intake manifold causing the check engine light to come on and they want me to pay to fix it. I came in without any issues or lights on my dash and then when I left I had lights on the dash and they want me to pay for their mistake after I returned shy of an hour after I got service. Id feel better if they fixed it without me paying for a mistake they made.

    I purchased a 2022 Acura ILX from Mile High Acura. I am happy with the car, the service, etc.My problem is that I am a little wet behind the ears when it comes to purchasing a new car. With this in mind, my complaint is as follows.Upon signing all the papers and finally recieving my car. I was looking through my financing documents and noticed a charge made on my behalf for ******* paid to Fidelity for "serv contract" I understand that I should have noticed this charge before signing but unfortunately I did not. My problem is, to date, I still have no information about what I paid for. It is not for my maintenance intervals. I have been unable to obtain information from Fidelity the provider of the contract, nor has the dealership offered up anything.I tried several times to contact the dealership to have this cancelled since Fidelity wont help. I finally succeeded and was sent a form to fill out. I am currently waiting to see if a cancellation has been processed. I am not expecting much help from the dealership.From what started as a great day buying a great new car; turned into another negative new car buying experience. I will not be returning to Mile High Acura for anything! I have already selected a different Acura dealership to provide service. I definitey will never again buy a new car from Mile High Acura, and will undoubtedly urge others not to as well!
