              Made an order 3 months ago for a 90 day supply for our 13 year old dog. Was unknowingly signed up for a 90 day subscription. I received an email on 7/15/2024 stating a new order that I did not authorize was being sent and $130 was deducted from my bank account. I immediately called wuffes on 7/16/2024 at 8am when they opened. They told me they could not refund my money as the order was already shipped. Wuffes did nothing for my dog but give him watery poops. Fire hose style. My dog also has recently passed so I have no use for the product. I also did not sign up or want a subscription. All I want is my money back. When I expressed this to wuffes customer service they would not help me and hung up on me. When I called back they ignored my call over and over again. Now I can't talk to anymore. They literally stole $130 from me. No compassion.
