      Inconsistent Communication and Abrupt Lease Termination I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the way Yes Communities has handled my lease situation. On March 17, 2025, I received a letter outlining my options to buy the property, renew my lease, or go month-to-month. However, just a few weeks later on April 2, 2025, I received another letter stating that they wouldn't be renewing my lease and demanding I vacate the premises by June 30, ******* a resident since March 2020, I feel like I've been treated unfairly and without consideration. The initial letter led me to believe I had options, only to be told abruptly that I wouldn't be allowed to stay. The lack of consistency and transparency in their communication has caused me significant stress and uncertainty.I hope Yes Communities will review their processes and consider the impact on long-term residents like myself.

      Run don't walk in have been living here since January and my oven went out in February I have not been able to cook at all and I had surgery and I can only eat baked foods how can an brand new stove break down and the can't fix it right away but keep saying parts are coming I have lost so much weight that expected cause I don't use a microwave or air fryers I need my oven this is a sad community the office staff don't care but when rent is late the call you but don't answer the phones in the office half the time I also have big holes in my yard were they ran my water wrong when they put the house down the kcmo says I don't have a bill coming from them cause they mixed the lines up under my home I will be call the news room today I'm so tired of this and my rent money will be going into an escrow account until all this get fixed if I have to get an attorney I will

      This was the worst move I have ever made. DO NOT RENT HERE RUN!!!!!!!!!! How do you make a tenant pay $40.00 to get a mailbox key. They never put storm windows in my trailer and now my heating bill is through the roof. I had to keep the heat on 85 just to keep my fingers from freezing. They never cleaned up around my trailer before I moved in and there was 2 black trash bags full of cat p*** in my yard. Worst company ever to rent from. I've been a property manager for the past 30 years and never in my career have I had to deal with such **********.

      I really don't see how this company has an A plus rating. It's mind boggling! I've lived here less than a year and I have had nothing but problems. I bought my home, cash money. One lump sum and from that moment on I have been harassed about everything under the sun but none if that even compares to what began on move in day, My sewer was completely stopped up, nobody would help me for 9 months, While I was fighting that battle on my own in raw sewage and infested with sewer flies they were giving me problems about everything they could nit pick about. When I made a threat about turning them in they finally called out a plumber and billed me for it! I've never been late on my lot rent and I don't cause problems for other people and I just don't get it. I have been told they make a practice of slapping bandaids on houses to sell them and when the buyer figures it out they pick at them to make the person want to move or in cases like mine they kmow you can't move your home so they evict for some piddly reason. At that point you might get them to buy back your house but as I was told by management, I'd get pennies on the dollar for what I paid for it. If that isn't an option they'll store your house and when you still can't move it or pay, your home is deemed abandoned. I don't know how they operate in other states but in ******** the online reviews speak volumes. I have a large binder FULL of information I'd like to share with you about this company. The binder contains just my dealings with them but I;ve read so many similar stories. This is the most unethical, unprofessional, greedy, lowdown company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with, This link is to a new group on ******** that will be growing quickly, My story and others fill this page and they're all too similar to be coincidence, this is the way they conduct business.

      I have been in ************** ******* for 4 years, renting for two owning for two. We have been through two park managers both are abhorrent humans with no respect for personal space. But I was sold my trailer with the promise of repairs, that I am now being told would not be completed, no inspections were completed etc. and the lot rent continues to go up yet I have not had drinkable water for 3+ years

      This community is neglectful to its residents. I have been living in the community for the past 3 years. When I moved in the lot rent was approximately $650 and now it is also $800 a month, while the cost of the home that I live in is separate. For the cost of the lot rent we are provided with security gates that do not work, yard maintenance that is insufficient, dumpsters that are always full, and poor community maintenance. The trees in the community are almost all dead and they consider it our responsibility has the "home owner" to maintain the trees. This is an abhorrent ideal, when you consider that we rent the land that our home is on and the trees are not apart of our home. On top of all of this, the community managers are never available and are consistently changing. It is apparent that even the employees hate working for Yes! Communities. Do not move here and if you do, DO NOT PURCHASE ONE OF THESE HOME!!

      Have had multiple times when home has been entered without my permission or knowledge. When trying to talk to anyone in the office all we get is a run around. Took 6 weeks to fix a faulty fire alarm in a child's room. Wasn't even provided with a fire extinguisher when was told we should have one 6 months later. With an exposed outlet under sink by pipes with running water. Constantly harassing my dogs when they enter with me not present to the point my dog growls at them

      I was not shocked to see the bad reviews. I should've looked before I decided to buy. I'm 6 months in and have realized they don't care about people with disabilities. I've been trying to get a wheelchair ramp for my child's chair as well as an accommodation to have a child safety gates on MY deck. I have been denied because of my dog. They don't want my dog that bothers no one on my deck sleep in a chair. I feel that they retaliate against you once you complain. I made them aware that my child had a disability BEFORE we decided to buy and that he would be accommodated. Now I have to carry his wheelchair up and down 5 steps each time he needs it. Needless to say I don't use it a lot because it's quite heavy. So sad. I felt like they were forcing me to surrender my dog to get approval for the safety gate for my child. I went to ****** Police and they are going to the office tomorrow. It's ridiculous that I have to fight this hard to assure that my child won't run off the deck and get lost. Dogs have to be on a leash at all times and you can't tether. They don't care at all. The absolute worst decision I could have ever made. I cannot wait to set and get out!!!!!! I'm currently seeking legal counsel.

      I see now the problem. Your Yes! Communities headquarters is in ******** so I will assume you are all HIGH. I am sure this complaint will fall upon deaf ears as it is a mobile home community I am here to report. Yes! Communities completely has wrote off *************** in *****, **. This place is the absolute worst when it comes to the basic necessity called WATER. WHY IS THERE NO NOTICE OF WHEN WATER WILL BE SHUT OFF? AND THIS NEW FOOL MANAGER LAUGHING WHEN I ASK WHEN IT WILL BE TURNED BACK ON WITH NO ANSWER ? What a joke? Why is this basic need seemingly looked at as a perk of living here?They do not notify when water will be turned off. Who's going to replace all of the messed up washing machines and dishwashers now that were running when they shut the water off without notice? It's pretty dumb you'd rather do that then one time fix of everything. The water is unsafe and will always be until they replace the all of the pipes. Stop being LAZY AND CHEAP YES! COMMUNITIES! KARMA IS REAL YOU GREEDY ASSHOLES!
