Mapquest is selling my private personal phone number and apartment address, advertising for a fake business. I have sent in multiple requests for it to be removed by ****** and by mapquest without any response. I have had no such business and as I am a victim of domestic violence, I am being stalked as a result. My family's safety is my highest concern.

Mapquest has a fictitious listing with my personal website and my personal phone number. Shows a fictitious business being located in the *******************. I did not start this page , there is no business with that name nor one in the *********** with that name. Again has my personal phone number listed and am getting spam calls because they have my number listed. I would like this page taken down immediately and a report sent to ****** to remove also. Thank you ********************************************************************************** I would also like the ip address of the individual who created the page so I can bring it to my local police department. I used the zip code listed on the Mapquest page as my own. So page is not updated with a new one. Thank you

In error, MapQuest has linked my company website with a company that does not belong to me. My company is ***** Blue ******************** My company's website is www.mistybluerealty.com. I want MapQuest to remove my company's website from my competitors, *********, mapquest business page. The phone number is also incorrect. Mapquest needs to remove the phone number too. ********* is not my company.On Wednesday 2/14/2024 I contacted mapquest at the only available phone number which is ************. I received no response.On Saturday 02/17/2024 I filled out the online link for help at mapquest.com. I received no response.Today, Tuesday 2/20/204 I left another voicemail at the 303 phone number.

Thank you. I just checked the mapquest website and the incorrect information is still there. Did mapquest give any information on how long it would take them to actually make the changes to their website and thus fully resolving the issue?

I am vice president of a ******* business and Mapquest has two separate locations in their system for my business when we only have one. One is our current address which is perfect however, the second location is our old address which we no longer operate in. This is causing us major confusion with our clients and have had over 10 clients drive to our old location which is over 25 minutes from our current location. I have filed two requests through Mapquest to get this fixed and still to no resolve. This is truly ridiculous and is causing us major issues with our customer base. I need this fixed soon as possible if anyone has any solutions please let me know this has gotten to the point where i will be forced to pursue this with attorneys. My ticket number is #******* and once again this has still not been fixed.

Okay so it looks like someone has (without my consent) published my ******* channel onto this 'Mapquest' website and somehow linked my home address under it. I want this taken down immediately. I contacted Mapquest multiples times, creating multiple unresolved tickets in the process, with no response once so ever. I need the entire listing on the mapquest.com website to be taken down as quickly as possible. This is a violation of my privacy, and random people should not be able to impersonate ******* accounts and leak their information like that. mapquest is publishing an unlisted private address on ***************., *********** without any permission. this is the secondtime. they did the same thing about 1-2 years ago before deleting it.

After our business moved in the fall of 2022, I have submitted multiple support requests on help.mapquest.com to update our business listing on MapQuest (including multiple incorrect business listings that need to be deleted and updating the pin ********************** of our business), and have yet to hear back from MapQuest support. I've received the following email each time I've submitted a report request (once in March 2023, once in June 2023, and once in November 2023), and no one has reached back out to me.From MapQuest:"Thanks for reaching out to us about a business listing issue. We will do our best to get this fixed. Now, here comes that dreaded, Were receiving higher than normal volume message. Its true though. Rest assured well address this ticket as soon as humanly possible. Yes, were a team of humans.Thanks again for letting us know. Well be in touch.Regards,Your MapQuest Business Support Team"I've also attempted calling their support phone numbers - If one calls ************** or ************** and selects the option "for help with MapQuest.com, MapQuest mobile apps or your business listing on MapQuest," the call is transferred to a number with a pre-recorded "Hello?" response, with no one on the other end of the line. This has been a time-consuming and fruitless endeavor to simply update our business information. This unfortunately has affected our Customers who sometimes use MapQuest to find us: They find either an incorrect business listing that says we are "closed," or another business listing that still has our old address listed.

I am rejecting this response because:
MapQuest responded to our complaint on Tuesday, 1/30/24, stating, "The MapQuest support team is addressing the issue and you should received a response to your previous email or ticket today." We have not yet heard back from MapQuest, and none of the requested changes requested in our original complaint have been made.
We would be grateful for both a response and action on MapQuest's part to resolve these issues. Thank you so much for your time!

Mapquest has my private home address listed as my business address and set out as public information. I have emailed and requested it be removed multiple times with no response, and my personal address is still on display for the world to see. This puts my family and I at risk and is a breach of privacy. Do better MapQuest!!!
