            Company installed air conditioner in 2017. Every year all refrigerant has leaked out. Years 2018-2022, business filled refrigerant. Last year unable to get in touch with business. This year left multiple voicemails which were never returned. Called and spoke twice with ******, the **** girl. The first time she asked if she could call back and then never did. The second time she scheduled a stop at our home at 3:30 pm on 5/24/24. She never showed, never called. My boyfriend and I both left work early to be here. Paid appx $5500 for the unit in 2017. Paid approximately $600 to get unit filled from other company last year. Other company quoted us $2200 leak repair plus additional $600 to fill refrigerant. Altitude has been aware of leak and will not contact us to help get repair. I want the leak fixed for free with a guarantee that if it the unit is empty again next year, they will fix it. Finally, I did attempt to go to their business address that is listed online and on the Better Business Bureau site. The office did not exist.

            I dont recommend dealing with this company.: they over charge and dont provde details on writing for work they have completed. I had service on my evaporative cooler on May 16th, the tech did a calculation on her telephone that was over $900. I needed to get on a meeting so I wrote a Check and said, please email me the invoice details for my records. Nothing. The cooler stopped working a week later so I called and they sent her back out. She did a copper water line replacement, another $250. Why she didn't do this in the first place is more than frustrating but glad she came back out as it was getting super hot. Confirmed she would send invoice. Received nothing. Called 3 times, no response. **** is the person I dealt with. Wish I had read these reviews before they came out but I had family coming for graduation and was desperate.
