    This "website," if it even is one anymore, keeps sending me e-mails threatening to delete my account, and has for years. If they want to delete my account, then they should have done so already. It's borderline harassment at this point.

    Years ago this account was free. I received an email asking for $5. I have paid for several months and not able to see photo or video. This is extortion. I have tried reaching out to Photobucket no help. Not able to view all photos or videos. To see videos Photobucket is asking for more money. Filing a fraud and Extortion account and filing with my bank. I didn't ok for recurring charges to an account that was free.

    Negative stars - they decided to steal my free account that I made over 17 years ago to a paid one. I wont do it - terrible company, customer service is a joke. I would love to *** them.

    When I asked for help with my accessible accounts ( some over 10 years old) I gave them my user names and THEN they went behind my back and deactivated them without my consent and THEN say they no longer allowing free accounts and charge $5 to access ( to actually see if you have photos) that was no help.. thats being money just hungry they know people have memories on there when it was free, been having it for years , now they want to charge us I legit wanted to see which account had photos and which account I wanted to keep. thats why Im just letting go all my memories from childhood and high school go completely .. thanks for helping me to make that decision to let go of lost memoriesPhotobucket was good part of our core memory back in 2012, but now its a sore, . God bless.

    This company is a total scam. I was forced to pay $5 to see any stored photos only to learn I had no photos stored. They knew I had nothing stored yet they sent me emails incessantly to squeeze a few bucks out of me. Surely there must be a better way to make a living rather than scamming folks. Please rename your company to ***** Photobucket so that we know were about to be scammed.

    I have had a FREE Photobucket account for many years. They do not have any payment Suddenly about 6 months ago they began emailing me stating that I needed to pay for access to MY personal photos, photos which I was now required to PAY to view. Photobucket also does not give you an opportunity to remove your photos without giving them money. Such deceitful and scam tactics are deplorable. I may not have access to my photos but will file complaints and spread the word to not use their service.

    I have been receiving multiple emails stating my account has been deactivated and photos will be lost. Had to pay $5 to reactivate and view what I had stored there. I had ZERO items stored in photobucket. Just a deceptive email to collect a monthly fee.
