***** ********* is an outstanding advocate for the customer, who works incredibly hard to ensure the customer receives the best service with a quality product. He is well respected and established with insurance companies, inspectors and industry trades. ***** is very honest, straight forward, helpful, and tremendously attentive. He kept in contact throughout the entire process- patiently explaining each step, and offering ideas and solutions, when needed. The roof replacement went seamlessly, and the finished product is top notch! Clean up around the house was stellar- and the roofing team finished in one, long day. (for them!) I highly recommend ***** ********* and Interstate Roofing. Fantastic experience! Thank you!

Having never navigated a roofing claim before, RRyan made it seamless and easy. Truly, there wasn't any "navigating" for me, he worked directly with my insurance and kept me in the loop the whole way. His team came in and replaced the roof in one day and the gutters were done in a few hours on another day. It was painless and we're stoked to have a new roof!

This company is the best when it comes to customer service. They kept me informed weekly about the status of my permit from the city and scheduling. The crew easily spent over an hour cleaning up afterwards. My own inspection found a few very small pieces of the old shingles that were hiding in the grass. They even stopped by afterwards to check in with me and my satisfaction.Their project manager, **** *****, is the best. Not only giving guidance on my roof replacement but other insurance issues unrelated to the roof such as hail damage to my grill and patio heater, AC coil fin combing, and window screen replacement. I highly recommend this company!

***** and his team did an incredible job on my roof + gutters. The whole process was fairly painless and smooth from start to finish. He worked with my insurance company and was able to make everything work well. I highly recommend Interstate roofing for getting the job done right and efficient.

Had a great experience with Interstate Roofing! *** **** and his team replaced our ************** after recent storm damage. They had the old roof off and the new one installed in less than a day & left a spotless yard. They even negotiated with the insurance company on our behalf. *** was responsive (especially via text) and kept us informed every step of the way.

They were fast and did a wonderful job. ******************* was the *** and kept me informed of everything going on with the project and insurance company.

Interstate Roofing & their project manager were excellent ! The project manager was awesome, knowledgeable about all the aspects of roofing including time management, ordering of supplies, good roofing crews plus what we needed to do to help complete the project. He was always available by text or messaging and he responded in a very timely manner. The final inspection was completed and even the inspector thought they did a great job.

Interstate Roofing was very professional and the product is superior. They were very patient in dealing with our mortgage company in an unfortunate delay in getting the final check released. This was due to our infamous **** losing the first check. I highly recommend them.

Although Interstate Roofing came highly recommended from a family member, we had a TERRIBLE experience. We worked with ***** and experienced a lack of communication, delay in supplies without notification difficulty contacting him with delayed responses to phone calls and text messages. He never allowed us to see samples in person as we had requested and came to our house to sign the contract WITHOUT bringing the contract. He ended up ordering a different color roof without our approval and let us know with minimal heads up when roofing supplies were finally being delivery (within the hour) and that they would be starting first thing the next morning, with very little communication prior. ***** took 7 months to get us our final invoice, despite us trying to contact him to finish payment and move forward from our terrible experience. We were not even aware the inspection had been completed until we contacted the city, due to poor communication on the part of Interstate Roofing. A minor discount was not fair compensation for the awful overall experience and frustration on our end. The roof itself is nice, despite it not being the type or color that we signed the original contract for. We are happy to put the experience behind us, but I will NEVER remind this company to anyone who needs a new roof installment.
