    On May 12, 2021, Better Business Bureau was alerted to a business operating as Infrared Sauna Repair, https://www.infraredsaunarepair.com/, in Denver, Colorado 80204. The business website states, “Infrared Sauna Repair provides mail-in component level repair services for out-of-warranty infrared sauna control systems and equipment.  We're also your source for quality aftermarket electronic parts for most brands of infrared saunas. If your sauna is outside of its warranty period, or is not being properly supported by the original manufacturer, we're here to help!” Consumers allege ordering parts that are not delivered as promised and they are unable to contact a business representative to address their concerns.

    The Colorado Secretary of State reports Infrared Sauna Repair is a licensed business in Colorado.

    On May 12, 2021 and May 26, 2021, BBB reached out to Infrared Sauna Repair regarding the consumer complaints, but to date has not received a response.

      Sauna repair parts ordered and paid for 5/2023. Parts shipped 8/2023. No packing list or install instructions included. Called company and was told that parts install would be given over the phone. On the call found out that 3 of the parts shipped (pig tails) required splicing and wiring. Was told to find someone to do this if I could not do (age/ shaky hands). Search for another installer unsuccessful. Request for return of parts and refund of $700 paid. Refund instructions received and parts returned end of 8/2023. Many emails and calls for refund have not produced refund as of 2/2024. Company was initially helpful on the parts order. Need resolution for refund of parts returned. Thanks for any help.

      I contacted the so called owner of the business and he told me to send in my computer board and he would repair it. I paid the fee, sent the board in and after several months contacted him again asking where my board is. He told me it would be in the mail within the week. After a week, I called and left a message. No response. Sent messages via chat, no response. Do not do business with this person. He takes your money and leaves you hanging.

      I called on 2/14 to insure that the parts were available and was informed that payment is by check only. After sending a check I was emailed that the check was received on 2/23. I sent $206.00 for two ceramic heating elements for my sauna. I called multiple days to inquire about delivery and never had anyone answer or return my calls. On March 1st I looked up the website and saw every review identical. Everyone paid without receiving any product. Once you call, your number is never able to get through. The invoice number is ISR-003301.Thank You

      Took my sauna Power Supply to ***** he said it would be rebuilt in about 3 weeks. It has been a month and no communication from him. Emails are now being rejected He will not return phone calls or text messages This has turned out to be a fraud business. I thankfully did not pay him anything like some other customers but i am out my sauna power supply. Very disappointed that someone like ***** is doing this.

      On January 17, 2023, I contacted Infrared Sauna Repair through their web site. A person identifying himself as ******************* responded to me via a chat window on the web site. I needed 3 carbon fiber panels for my sauna. **** told me he had some carbon fiber panels in stock that were slightly smaller than the size of the ones I was replacing. Since they are difficult to find, I ordered them. He sent me a link to Amazon Pay to complete the purchase using a credit card. After the purchase was complete, He emailed me a payment receipt for $558.00 with an invoice number and reference number. He told me he would ship the panels that Friday. A week went buy and I did not receive the panels. I called the business and a person who identified himself as ******************* answered the phone. He told me he had been delayed with other others and would be shipping them the next day. He stated he would send me an email with a shipping tracking number. Another week went by and I did not receive the panels. No email had been sent or attempts to contact me. I called back. No answer. I emailed. No response. I left a message requesting a refund. I have heard nothing. I then checked the BBB web site and saw the other complaints. I should have checked the site first. ****** learned.

      June 28, 2022 placed order with Infrared Sauna Repair and sent them product as instructed. After months of calls and ***** who answers the phone making excuses, then promising it will be sent soon, I still do not have my product returned or repaired. No responses to voice mail or emails, but after many calls I will get to speak with *****, but always with a new excuse. Cancel of order online does not function and no avenue for return of hardware

      Set of boards for an infrared sauna were sent to Infrared Sauna Repair in November of 2021 after chatting with *******************. (Order Number : SO-******). Credit card reversed the charge in December, 2021. Unable to get ahold of anyone at Infrared Sauna Repair to find out what was going on until January 13, 2022 when I was able to get ahold of *******************. He explained that he had been in the hospital but was ready to start repairing the boards. Emails and phone calls to Infrared Sauna Repair have not been answered since then.

      After talking with ***** on the phone, he said that he could repair our sauna "power box". We placed the order and wanted to use our credit card. He said the web site was having "problems" talking credit cards, but he would send us a link to do that.We sent emails, did phone calls, left messages, and tried chat, with zero response. We have already send the "power box" to him and the **** tracking says it was delivered yesterday. Still no response.Today, we tried canceling the order on the web site, and only got "Cannot create a cancel request at this time." We then sent an email to him stating to cancel the order (order number: SO-****** for $520).As to getting the "power box" returned, we are wondering if it might come back COD for $520, as we can't trust *****. So we are not requesting that.
