            On May 12, 2021, Better Business Bureau was alerted to a business operating as Infrared Sauna Repair, https://www.infraredsaunarepair.com/, in Denver, Colorado 80204. The business website states, “Infrared Sauna Repair provides mail-in component level repair services for out-of-warranty infrared sauna control systems and equipment.  We're also your source for quality aftermarket electronic parts for most brands of infrared saunas. If your sauna is outside of its warranty period, or is not being properly supported by the original manufacturer, we're here to help!” Consumers allege ordering parts that are not delivered as promised and they are unable to contact a business representative to address their concerns.

            The Colorado Secretary of State reports Infrared Sauna Repair is a licensed business in Colorado.

            On May 12, 2021 and May 26, 2021, BBB reached out to Infrared Sauna Repair regarding the consumer complaints, but to date has not received a response.

              Placed an order on website to repair my sauna equipment on 6/1/2022. Sent my equipment on 6/2/2022 and checkpayment of $520 which the company received on 6/7/2022. Company was supposed to repair equipment and returnwithin 3-4 weeks. It has been over 8 weeks and I have not received anything back. When you try and call the numberon the website, no one ever answers. I have left messages, sent emails with no response. I did a quick ****** search and there are others that complain of the same thing. Looks like a scam to take peoples money and equipment.

              on 2/8/22 I placed an order for a replacement part from infraredsaunarepair.com The only payment method available was Zelle So I sent them the order total amount of $195 I did not receive an order confirmation email so about a week later I called the companies 800 number I spoke with ******************* in the parts department ( ***** is also the person registered in Zelle Payments) and he proceeded to **** my order as in progress and told me he needed to wait for a few more orders throughout that week as shipping these parts was tricky. I wated a week and still did not receive the part or any shipping information so I called the 800 number back and did not get a response. Since then I have called daily and no one has answered the phones. I have left numerous voicemails and sent many emails and have heard nothing for the last month and a half.

              I sent in my infrared sauna power station to infrared sauna repair, order SO-******, back on October 1st, 2021, after paying $520 for it on September 24th, 2021. I was told by ***** at infrared sauna repair that it will *********** weeks to complete. During that expected time frame on November 12, 2021 and today, December 16, 2021, I emailed the seller with no response. I have also made several call attempts for status with no response with my number. When I called from a different phone and number the seller answered but when I gave my name seller would claim phone issues resulting in disconnections. Very disappointed with this seller and company. I would suggest stop doing business with them and let others know to avoid.

              Contacted Infrared sauna repair via online chat. Did a quick trouble shoot with ******************* and was instructed to remove controller, cable and display panel and package and send to ******** street address. I did not prepay as ***** was supposed to give me final total for the upgrade and repair, which he did not. At this point I am just out my parts, $1000 to replace. Contacted on November 7th shipped on ***** and multiple calls, emails have gone unanswered. Checked *** tracking and package was delivered.

              Very much the same as others reported, that I discovered far too late. *****/***** seemed knowledgeable and personable and was very helpful.... except ..... he took my money through PayPal and NEVER responded again nor shipped my parts over $300 worth!His online shop address matches a ****** search for the ****** ***************** . . online phone numbers are no longer operational......
