The business website states, “Infrared Sauna Repair provides mail-in component level repair services for out-of-warranty infrared sauna control systems and equipment. We're also your source for quality aftermarket electronic parts for most brands of infrared saunas. If your sauna is outside of its warranty period, or is not being properly supported by the original manufacturer, we're here to help!” Consumers allege ordering parts that are not delivered as promised and they are unable to contact a business representative to address their concerns.
