      I purchased a shed last November and have had nothing but problems from the get go. Ive tried reaching out to the corporate office, or even a district manager, and the company keeps having the local office manager call me back. He had offered me some monetary compensation for all of the issues I was having, which went from horrible customer service to problems with the shed itself. My current issue is that because the shed settled unevenly, the residential door they installed became ***** and blew open during a storm. As a result the flooring I put in is now starting to buckle and lift. I called today and was told I would get a call back from the store manager. I was told he was out of the office, however Ive left previous messages for him that still havent been returned. I would like them to repair the flooring that was damaged when the door frame shifted allowing the rain to get in and flood the floor.

      This complaint was passed along to the local Tuff Shed team, and the Assistant Manager has confirmed they've made attempts to reach out to the customer and as of 8/16 the customer has responded via VM and confirmed that the team can visit this week to address any issues. The Assistant Manager will be working with the ******************* to schedule leveling and an assessment on the door and floor issue. The local team will continue to update and be in contact with the customer until the issue is resolved.

      I am rejecting this response because: Tuff Shed sent 2 guys out on 8/18 who knew nothing about the door not latching shut or the floor buckling. They said they were only there to level the shed. I did have a sprinkler on the lawn in front for about ten minutes before they got there and they said the ground was too soft to do anything. The frustrating thing is that they werent even trying to lift the side that is sinking so the water was moot point. I reached out to the manager again and was told I need to not water my lawn for several weeks so the ground will be dry enough to work on. I sent him several photos and a video showing him with a level that the area they were attempting to lift was wrong. I told him I need this fixed now and that Ive been unable to use the shed for its intended purpose for 9 months now. Last I spoke to him he said he needed a serial number from a metal plate that was supposed to be over the door. I messaged back telling him there was no Olate and asked if they couldnt get that number from my invoice. He said hed look into it and get back to me. As of today Ive not heard anything in regards to getting the shed leveled, the door, the flooring or a monetary compensation that was promised to me months ago for all of their s**** *** and poor customer service.

      The Assistant Manager has confirmed that on 8/26, the Tuff Shed team visited the customer's property to level the shed. Doing so has also corrected the door issue. There is one outstanding issues left with replacing a couple of boards of laminate flooring that the AM will contact the customer about completing, but in the meantime the chargeback through the ********** has also been processed. The AM will continue to follow up until complete.

      Hello, I was delivered/built a shed with several problems. After 84 phonecalls (documented in the attached phone records) and 35 emails, I was finally refunded $700 for things that were missing from the shed. Some issues were never resolved. In the springtime I noticed that the roof was leaking and called tuff shed, but did not hear back for 2 months. They sent a service person who walked through my shed and told me that the roof and ridge vent were both installed incorrectly, and then proceeded to look at the rest of the structure and tell me a long list of other mistakes that had been made on my installation day. He said he was not equipped to make the repairs that day and that I should contact the main office and ask for an entire roof replacement. After doing so and another month of waiting, I received a message that someone had gone to my house and entered my property without my consent which made me feel very unsafe (please see attached doc. "tuff shed" for the final details)

      This complaint was passed along to the local Tuff Shed team and the General Manager has confirmed that the District Services Manager out of **** ****t has offered the customer compensation. According to the DSM, the customer has yet to confirm the offer.

I entered a commitment that they would deliver the shed to my location, I would have the shed transported to the top of a hill, and at a later date 6/23/2021 complete the building in Vonore TN. What is the nature of the dispute: As of 8/2/2021 the shed is still not completed. The roof is not done , the door is still not put on the shed, and all the molding that need to put on the outside has not been done. Since the roof has not been completed , rain has started to damage the floor on this two story shed and causing damage to the floor and walls. Tuff Shed to date has not tried to resolve the problem.       I purchsed a tuff ahed through **** ***** in Waterville back in April 2021. The shed was installed in mid June. I purchased an 8 x 8 shed painted. The walls of the shed were painted but hace several scuffs on every wall. As if the panels were layed down while ghe paint was still wet. Ive been in repeated contzct weigh tuff shed. They were supposed to come late june 2021 to repair the paint. They never showed up. Onmuly 5 2021 I contacted the manager at **** ***** they cintacted tuff shed and tuff shed contzcted me back to schedule july 12 for the reaping. They never showed up. They never contacted me. I wohld to have the shed repainted so I'm receiving a damaged product

      This complaint has been passed along to the local Tuff Shed team, and the Cross Dock Manager has confirmed the customer is on the schedule for tomorrow, August 4th to have the issue taken care of. This has been communicated with the customer.
