This place is an absolute SCAM. They towed my vehicle from my apartment building where I was legally parked and hit my white car against a red car on the drivers door. They refused to entertain any responsibility for damaging my vehicle despite taking photos of before it was on their truck versus when it was on their lot. Picking up your illegally towed vehicle is even more shady. The trailer they call an office is a 6x6 room with about 6 cameras on YOU, meanwhile they have a mirrored window tint on the service window that does not allow you to see who youre talking to or exchanging money with. They demand you sign a release BEFORE seeing your vehicle that states they do not accept any damages to your vehicle. I put REFUSED TO SIGN and circled damages on the form because I could tell this business was ran by crooks who never made it past 8th grade. They should be shut down immediately otherwise they will continue their fraudulent practices and seedy, shady business. I tried working with them to recoop my loses for damages they made on my vehicle but was told they dont care to entertain my claim.

They towed my car with three of my dogs in their kennels in the car. They claimed because they were in kennels they could not see that they were animals in the car.

This towing company preys on people! What they charge should be illegal! $400 to get my car back. We were parked in a vacant Boston market, on a Sunday morning. The lot was full of parked cars, the signs did not say tow away zone. In fact the signs weren't even visible. That's the scam! I wish I could post pictures. There should be laws on how much tow companies can charge! I understand cars need to be towed and removed. However when signs aren't visible or even clear on towing possibilities. I don't believe this was a private parking lot. I believe colorado auto recovery put these fake signs up. After all 7 people wouldn't have parked there. They know exactly how to prey and scam us. I will be filling a complaint to save others from this scam

Colorado Auto Recovery towed my car off my paid parking spot at *************************. I have a contact with the apartment showing my license plate and parking spot that I agreed to pay for the past 3 years. I also had a parking permit sticker on my car with the parking lot number, and they still towed me. This should be illegal and I shouldve not paid $300 to retrieve my car. I PAY FOR THAT SPOT!!!

They don't even deserve 1 star. Never seen a worse company have a careless attitude about anything and everything. Don't care if they do property damage nor do they let you talk to anybody about it instead they give you a email address that nobody responds to. Don't ever get your car towed by them because I promise you it will be damaged and they don't care

Wow, just wow. I get that being a tow service has it's challenges. However, this tow company sinks to a whole new level when dealing with people that they have towed. They are the worst. People are screwed once they have been towed and they make this situation worse. They talk in front of people in Spanish because they think they don't understand. And they disparage the customer. Not only that bit the lady was beyond rude on the phone. People are going to be upset when towed and if you cannot be professional during this time then you need to not be in this service, period!!!!! Not only that but during a customers highest level of stress they add more to it by inappropriately adding EVERY extra charge that they can to s**** the customer even more. They are quite literally taking every customer that they tow. They are in trouble with the *** and I will be following through to add to their troubles. Good God, you tow someone and then s**** them? S**** you and may you lose business as fast as it comes in......

Terrible tow company that tries to break laws with charging triple the maximum state fee and towed a vehicle from my parking spot that we pay for at our apartment for no reason. Terrible customer service and very rude employees. This place should be investigated by the state of Colorado for breaking towing laws. Would give 0 stars if I could this place is a joke.

All I can say is our experience is more of the same as everyone else who has written a review. After speaking with apartment managers and we are positive the truck was not illegally parked we filed a stolen vehicle report with the police for being towed illegally. This place needs to be shut down and charged for vehicle theft. Every one who needs to do business with this company should follow suit.

These people are the worst! The lady on the phone was rude and unprofessional. According to the **************************** they are allowed to charge a maximum of $211 for hook fees, $3.80 per mile, and up to $40 per day for storage. My car was towed less than 8 hours ago and theyre charging me $330 to release my car. The lady got defensive and disrespectful when I asked what exact fees they were charging to come up to $330. Of course, she couldnt answer because she knew she was scamming me. This business should not be allowed to operate and they need to be held accountable for ripping people off.
