    I signed up for service from Dish 8 months ago since that time I have had a continuous number of outages for reasons unknown. A technician has been called to my home multiple times. They have not been able to fix the problem. Now the dish is requesting an early cancellation fee of over $300. The only reason for me to cancel is that I am unable to receive the service I continue paying for. It is unfair for me to pay due to there breach of contract. Not providing the service I sigh for.

    In our lineup of channels, we are supposed to have channel 259 INSP, haven't had this channel in months, but when I call Dish Network, they say we have it. Price keeps going up and we keep losing channels.

    Contacted 14 days ago about damaged remote. Told and days since tilon Nov 21st it would b sent free.have been with dish over 5 yrs. Now agent ****** said order never placed when contacted every day. Now says remote will b sent 5 to 7 days email will confirm waiting for remote. Company did Compensate me but no use no remote .hopefully last call today will resolve issue

    I attempted to cancel my service after 19 years due to financial reasons only to be convinced to put it on hold. When I called to just go ahead and cancel I learned that the hold automatically turned off without me realizing it. After an hour plus call I was told I owed for those 15 days it had restored plus an extra $20 to ship back equipment...oh and we have to climb onto the roof to remove some part of the dish. I would never recommend Dish Network anyone! You are better off with ****.

    They promise a pre-paid ********** for switching over, but when you don't receive it, they tell you it is expired. How can it be expired if I never received it? After 5 calls now, still nothing.Also, I have no signal currently, and the 1st appointment they have available is 3 weeks out. Their ****************** are poorly trained and only respond what they read on the screen. O should've stayed with Directv. Although a bit more expensive, far better Customer Service.Don't fall for their c*** If I could leave negative stars, I would.

    Don't trust them. If you try to cancel their service, they PROMISE lower rates and no service call charges to keep your business which is NOT TRUE. I was charged a service call fee to fix a loose wire on a 25 year old receiver and my rate was never lowered as promised. I WAS a customer since 1980 and now would NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!

    I have been a ******* Network for many years. I just moved from *** to *** and I am getting the BIGGEST round around! I have never had the problems I have just had with Dish. Now because of their mistake they are trying to charge me $16.62 ( for which they took out from wrong account) and turned off our programing. Had to leave a star, I didn't even want tp leave a one!

    Wanted to cancel our service we had for many years after a call with technicians to troubleshoot lack of signal. It was intermittent and our equipment is old, we were advised it must be our wiring and would be a charge to address. Well when resetting the boxes daily resolved the issue tend to disagree but rather then argue and waste more hours on the phone, requested to cancel. Well go figure, can only cancel over the phone and while customer service answers in one minute the hold but is over 45 minutes to cancel? I bet I could also reach someone to sign up in a minute! I thought it was illegal to make it harder to cancel than sign up? Anyway buyer beware absolutely horrific service to troubleshoot and/or cancel your service!

    My dad asked me to find a company to get cable channels at his condo in ********************* for the winter. *33393536303832383532* was running a special so we contacted them. I told the sales person it was in a condo *********** didn't think a dish was allowed. The person said no problem we have other ways, I said great & set up a appointment to meet the technician for the next week when we got down there. We are are the 9th floor & when the van pulled I went down to let him in the door. The tech didn't even get out of his van, I told him who I was & he says what the * am I doing here, we cant put a dish on a high rise. I said the sales person said you could do it with Wifi or some other way. The tech says see the sign on the truck where it say Dish.....daaa, we are a dish company & need a dish for our service & left. Pretty rude but I didn't hardly blame him, bad traffic & a greedy sales person, just wanting a sale I guess. We started getting bills for a service never rendered, I swear I spent 20 hours on phone, on hold, talked to at least 10 different dish ***** told the same story every time. Every time I thought it was resolved we got another bill, harassing phone calls to my 85 year old father. They screwed up his credit rating that was very high, turned us over to collection for a balance of $176.79 for no serves rendered. What a greedy screwed up company, customer service is terrible, they say it will be taken care of, but nothing ever changes. This has been going on for a couple years, they should be paying us for all the hours of BS & lies. Do not do business with this shoddy company, my poor dad has always taken pride in paying bills & high credit score, he can't even sleep some nights, it upsets him so much.

    received gift card offer several times from dish after going thru extended process to claim said gift card was denied for some completely nonsensical reason - provided proof of payoff of ******* account and waited 30 days per their instructions and have still not received said gift card - seriously believe that they have false advertising practice and are performing a basic bait and switch in order to deny a consumer their promise of a gift card - can provide receipts and mail out if needed - thanks **** ****** - account ending in 1670
