Initially, everything seemed to be going well. ****, the person assigned to my project, was excellent at communication and ensured that all necessary information was gathered promptly. However, during the final walk-through, I identified several significant issues that needed to be resolved: - A toilet that was not flushing - Large gaps between the baseboard and flooring - A refrigerator that couldn't open all the way due to miscalculated space available - A silverware drawer that hit the oven and would not open due to miscalculated spacing - A non-functional electrical box for the oven - Extremely dirty bathroom and kitchen floors with a sticky substance that required hours of scraping I communicated all of these issues to ****, but none of them were addressed. When I returned over a week later, all the problems remained unresolved. I was then informed that **** was no longer handling my project and that I needed to speak with ******. After communicating the same concerns to ******, he told me to contact *****. Unfortunately, ***** never responded to any of my concerns about the outstanding issues, although he was quick to respond when it came to payment inquiries. Despite spending nearly $50,000 on this restoration, I was left with numerous problems that I had to fix myself or hire additional contractors to resolve costing me many hours of labor and over $1000 in work. As I continued to work on finishing the unit, I discovered more issues, such as multiple non-working outlets. Additionally, a neighbor informed me that my unit door had been left unlocked and open overnight multiple times during the restoration process. Later, I had to pay $500 to a plumber because the toilet wasnt flushing, only to find out that a T-shirt had been flushed down it. Whether this was the contractors fault or due to someone accessing my unit while it was left open is unclear.

Horrible company to work with. I used them to contract out water damage from leaky plumbing and their subcontractor messed it up and the same exact damage happened again! They patched up paint on my walls too and it looks horrible. We've had one outstanding project for the last few months and I've been telling ********************************* we are getting ready to move out and for weeks he wasn't telling me why he wouldn't schedule the work. He waits until the last week to schedule it out and it has still been delayed. I'm seriously worried I can't move out on time because of this. The lack of communication during this entire process has been atrocious. My husband and I have felt like we haven't known what was going on this entire time.We have been working with them since January and this is still not done!

The job was completed as requested. The employee who was in charge of this project is no longer with our company. We are sorry about the experience you had with us, but we believe once we were notified of this compliant (someone besides the original project manager) we corrected everything in the requested time manor.

On December 4, 2022, Colorado Premier Restoration advised and assisted the apartment management consultants at Cedar Run Apartments with a response plan regarding a small fire that occurred in Building A. Colorado Premier Restoration issued a warning about the possibility of asbestos release as a result of the fire and demanded that the building be closed down, all tenants be permanently removed, and all personal property of tenants be seized. Colorado Premier Restoration is not qualified or Colorado State-certified to advise on asbestos or handle asbestos abatement. The owners of Colorado Premier Restoration also own a state certified abatement company. This "sister company" to Colorado Premier Restoration was suggested to the apartment management consultants for the abatement of any asbestos released. All of the tenants were permanently removed and all of their possessions seized and confiscated because of the influence of Colorado Premier Restoration, which was incorrect, without merit, yet very profitable to themselves and the sister abatement company, both owned by the same person(s). Appearing to the average tenant as a two companies feeding each other with beneficial scenarios or events that are damaging to residents. My goal is for this information to be understood by Colorado Premier Restoration, because the detrimental effects of an uneducated assumption can damage over **************************************************************************************** the advisement received by Colorado Premier Restoration, who claims on their website, that boarding up a building and placing fences to keep people out is their "specialty." Almost three months after the fire and the damage to the stairs have yet to be restored by any third party and no positive asbestos testing results published.

CPR is a restoration contractor and not an asbestos abatement contractor.  A separate, entirely independent certified asbestos abatement consultant was also hired by the property.  All decisions with respect to the asbestos spill response at the property were conducted in consultation with the certified asbestos abatement consultant and the Colorado ********** of ****** Health and Environments Indoor Air Program to protect the health and safety of all residents and in compliance with the letter and the spirit of the Colorado regulations.
